Génesis 33

Jakob aber erhob seine Augen und schaute; da kam Esau mit 400 Mann. Da verteilte er die Kinder auf Lea, Rachel und die beiden Mägde.

Y ALZANDO Jacob sus ojos miró, y he aquí venía Esaú, y los cuatrocientos hombres con él: entonces repartió él los niños entre Lea y Rachêl y las dos siervas.

And Jacob lifted up his eyes, and looked, and, behold, Esau came, and with him four hundred men. And he divided the children unto Leah, and unto Rachel, and unto the two handmaids.

Und zwar stellte er die Mägde und ihre Kinder voran, dahinter Lea mit ihren Kindern und ganz hinten Rachel und Joseph.

Y puso las siervas y sus niños delante; luego á Lea y á sus niños; y á Rachêl y á José los postreros.

And he put the handmaids and their children foremost, and Leah and her children after, and Rachel and Joseph hindermost.

He put the servants and their children in front, Leah and her children after, and Rachel and Joseph at the rear.

Er selbst ging ihnen voraus und neigte sich siebenmal zur Erde, bis er zu seinem Bruder kam.

Y él pasó delante de ellos, é inclinóse á tierra siete veces, hasta que llegó á su hermano.

And he passed over before them, and bowed himself to the ground seven times, until he came near to his brother.

Da lief ihm Esau entgegen, umarmte ihn, fiel ihm um den Hals und küßte ihn. Und sie weinten.

Dann erhob er seine Augen, sah die Weiber mit den Kindern und sprach: "Was sind diese da bei dir?" Er sprach: "Das sind die Kinder, die Gott deinem Sklaven geschenkt hat."

Y alzó sus ojos, y vió las mujeres y los niños, y dijo: ¿Qué te tocan éstos? Y él respondió: Son los niños que Dios ha dado á tu siervo.

And he lifted up his eyes, and saw the women and the children; and said, Who are those with thee? And he said, The children which God hath graciously given thy servant.

Da traten die Mägde mit ihren Kindern herzu und verneigten sich.

Y se llegaron las siervas, ellas y sus niños, é inclináronse.

Then the handmaidens came near, they and their children, and they bowed themselves.

Auch Lea und ihre Kinder traten herzu und verneigten sich. Danach traten Joseph und Rachel herzu und verneigten sich.

And Leah also with her children came near, and bowed themselves: and after came Joseph near and Rachel, and they bowed themselves.

Er sprach: "Was soll dir dies ganze Lager, auf das ich gestoßen bin?" Er sprach: "Auf daß ich Gnade finde bei meinem Herrn!"

Y él dijo: ¿Qué te propones con todas estas cuadrillas que he encontrado? Y él respondió: El hallar gracia en los ojos de mi señor.

And he said, What meanest thou by all this drove which I met? And he said, These are to find grace in the sight of my lord.

Esau said, “What do you mean by all this company which I met?” Jacob said, “To find favor in the sight of my lord.”

Da sprach Esau: "Ich habe übergenug, mein Bruder. Behalte, was dir gehört!"

Y dijo Esaú: Harto tengo yo, hermano mío: sea para ti lo que es tuyo.

And Esau said, I have enough, my brother; keep that thou hast unto thyself.

Esau said, “I have enough, my brother; let that which you have be yours.”

Jakob sprach: "Nicht doch! Habe ich in deinen Augen Gnade gefunden, dann mußt du meine Gabe von mir annehmen. Denn ich habe dein Antlitz gesehen, so, wie ich Gottes Antlitz sah, und du nahmst mich zu Gnaden an.

Y dijo Jacob: No, yo te ruego, si he hallado ahora gracia en tus ojos, toma mi presente de mi mano, pues que así he visto tu rostro, como si hubiera visto el rostro de Dios; y hazme placer.

And Jacob said, Nay, I pray thee, if now I have found grace in thy sight, then receive my present at my hand: for therefore I have seen thy face, as though I had seen the face of God, and thou wast pleased with me.

Jacob said, “Please, no, if I have now found favor in your sight, then receive my present at my hand, because I have seen your face, as one sees the face of God, and you were pleased with me.

Nimm doch mein Grußgeschenk, das dir dargebracht ward! Denn Gott hat mich begnadet, und ich habe vollauf." So drang er in ihn, bis er es nahm.

Toma, te ruego, mi dádiva que te es traída; porque Dios me ha hecho merced, y todo lo que hay aquí es mío. Y porfió con él, y tomóla.

Take, I pray thee, my blessing that is brought to thee; because God hath dealt graciously with me, and because I have enough. And he urged him, and he took it.

Please take the gift that I brought to you, because God has dealt graciously with me, and because I have enough.” He urged him, and he took it.

Dann sprach er: "Laßt uns aufbrechen und weiterziehen! Ich halte gleichen Schritt mit dir."

Y dijo: Anda, y vamos; y yo iré delante de ti.

And he said, Let us take our journey, and let us go, and I will go before thee.

Esau said, “Let’s take our journey, and let’s go, and I will go before you.”

Er aber sprach zu ihm: "Mein Herr sieht selber, daß die Kinder zart sind, und säugende Schafe und Kinder stehen in meiner Obhut. Wollte ich sie einen Tag über Gebühr anstrengen, dann stürbe die ganze Herde.

Y él le dijo: Mi señor sabe que los niños son tiernos, y que tengo ovejas y vacas paridas; y si las fatigan, en un día morirán todas las ovejas.

And he said unto him, My lord knoweth that the children are tender, and the flocks and herds with young are with me: and if men should overdrive them one day, all the flock will die.

Jacob said to him, “My lord knows that the children are tender, and that the flocks and herds with me have their young, and if they overdrive them one day, all the flocks will die.

So ziehe mein Herr doch vor seinem Sklaven her! Ich ziehe gemächlich weiter, im Schritte des Viehstands vor mir und im Schritte der Kinder, bis ich zu meinem Herrn nach Seïr komme!"

Pase ahora mi señor delante de su siervo, y yo me iré poco á poco al paso de la hacienda que va delante de mí, y al paso de los niños, hasta que llegue á mi señor á Seir.

Let my lord, I pray thee, pass over before his servant: and I will lead on softly, according as the cattle that goeth before me and the children be able to endure, until I come unto my lord unto Seir.

Please let my lord pass over before his servant, and I will lead on gently, according to the pace of the livestock that are before me and according to the pace of the children, until I come to my lord to Seir.”

Da sprach Esau: "So will ich wenigstens bei dir einen Teil meiner Leute lassen." Er aber sprach: "Wozu? Möchte ich nur Huld bei meinem Herrn finden!"

Y Esaú dijo: Dejaré ahora contigo de la gente que viene conmigo. Y él dijo: ¿Para qué esto? halle yo gracia en los ojos de mi señor.

And Esau said, Let me now leave with thee some of the folk that are with me. And he said, What needeth it? let me find grace in the sight of my lord.

Esau said, “Let me now leave with you some of the people who are with me.” He said, “Why? Let me find favor in the sight of my lord.”

So kehrte Esau an jenem Tag nach Seïr zurück.

Así se volvió Esaú aquel día por su camino á Seir.

Jakob aber zog nach Sukkot weiter und baute sich ein Haus, seinem Vieh aber machte er Laubhütten. Daher nennt man den Ort Sukkot.

Y Jacob se partió á Succoth, y edificó allí casa para sí, é hizo cabañas para su ganado: por tanto llamó el nombre de aquel lugar Succoth.

And Jacob journeyed to Succoth, and built him an house, and made booths for his cattle: therefore the name of the place is called Succoth.

Und Jakob kam in friedlicher Gesinnung nach der Stadt Sichem im Lande Kanaan auf seiner Fahrt aus Paddan Aram und lagerte östlich von der Stadt.

Y vino Jacob sano á la ciudad de Sichêm, que está en la tierra de Canaán, cuando venía de Padan-aram; y acampó delante de la ciudad.

And Jacob came to Shalem, a city of Shechem, which is in the land of Canaan, when he came from Padan-aram; and pitched his tent before the city.

Er kaufte das Stück Feld, wo er sein Zelt gespannt, von den Söhnen Chamors, des Herrn von Sichem, um 100 Beutel.

Y compró una parte del campo, donde tendió su tienda, de mano de los hijos de Hamor, padre de Sichêm, por cien piezas de moneda.

And he bought a parcel of a field, where he had spread his tent, at the hand of the children of Hamor, Shechem’s father, for an hundred pieces of money.

Und er stellte dort einen Altar auf und pries bei ihm den Gott Israels.

Y erigió allí un altar, y llamóle: El Dios de Israel.

And he erected there an altar, and called it El-elohe-Israel.
