Jacob, por su parte, se dirigió a Sucot. Allí se construyó una casa y armó unos corrales para su ganado. Por eso a ese lugar se le llamó Sucot.

Y Jacob se partió á Succoth, y edificó allí casa para sí, é hizo cabañas para su ganado: por tanto llamó el nombre de aquel lugar Succoth.

And Jacob journeyed to Succoth, and built him an house, and made booths for his cattle: therefore the name of the place is called Succoth.
