13Er aber sprach zu ihm: "Mein Herr sieht selber, daß die Kinder zart sind, und säugende Schafe und Kinder stehen in meiner Obhut. Wollte ich sie einen Tag über Gebühr anstrengen, dann stürbe die ganze Herde.

13And he said unto him, My lord knoweth that the children are tender, and the flocks and herds with young are with me: and if men should overdrive them one day, all the flock will die.
