42Wenn nicht der Gott meines Vaters, der Gott Abrahams, den auch Isaak verehrt, auf meiner Seite gestanden hätte, ja, dann hättest du mich jetzt mit leeren Händen ziehen lassen! Aber Gott hat mein Elend und die mühselige Arbeit meiner Hände gesehen und gestern nacht sein Urteil abgegeben!«

42Si el Dios de mi padre, el Dios de Abraham, y el temor de Isaac, no fuera conmigo, de cierto me enviarías ahora vacío: vió Dios mi aflicción y el trabajo de mis manos, y reprendióte anoche.

42Except the God of my father, the God of Abraham, and the fear of Isaac, had been with me, surely thou hadst sent me away now empty. God hath seen mine affliction and the labour of my hands, and rebuked thee yesternight.

42Unless the God of my father, the God of Abraham, and the fear of Isaac, had been with me, surely now you would have sent me away empty. God has seen my affliction and the labor of my hands, and rebuked you last night.”
