Und JHWH Gott sagte: Es ist für den Menschen nicht gut, dass er weiterhin allein sei. Ich werde ihm eine Hilfe (einen Helfer, einen Beistand) machen als sein Gegenstück (die ihm ähnlich sei).

Y dijo Jehová Dios: No es bueno que el hombre esté solo; haréle ayuda idónea para él.

And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.

The LORD God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make him a helper comparable to him.”
