Er gab dann jener Stätte den Namen ›Bethel‹ – vordem hatte die Ortschaft ›Lus‹ geheißen –

Y llamó el nombre de aquel lugar Beth-el, bien que Luz era el nombre de la ciudad primero.

And he called the name of that place Beth-el: but the name of that city was called Luz at the first.
