Génesis 27

Quando Isaque já estava velho e seus olhos ficaram fracos, de modo que não podia ver, ele chamou Esaú, seu filho mais velho, e lhe disse: “Meu filho?” Ele lhe respondeu: “Eis-me aqui.”

Y ACONTECIÓ que cuando hubo Isaac envejecido, y sus ojos se ofuscaron quedando sin vista, llamó á Esaú, su hijo el mayor, y díjole: Mi hijo. Y él respondió: Heme aquí.

And it came to pass, that when Isaac was old, and his eyes were dim, so that he could not see, he called Esau his eldest son, and said unto him, My son: and he said unto him, Behold, here am I.

Ele disse: “Veja bem, estou velho. Não sei o dia da minha morte.

Prepare-me uma comida saborosa, do jeito que eu gosto, e traga para mim, para que eu coma, e para que a minha alma o abençoe antes que eu morra.”

Y hazme un guisado, como yo gusto, y tráemelo, y comeré; para que te bendiga mi alma antes que muera.

And make me savoury meat, such as I love, and bring it to me, that I may eat; that my soul may bless thee before I die.

Make me savory food, such as I love, and bring it to me, that I may eat, and that my soul may bless you before I die.”

Rebeca ouviu quando Isaque falou com Esaú, seu filho. Esaú foi ao campo para caçar e trazer a caça.

Y Rebeca estaba oyendo, cuando hablaba Isaac á Esaú su hijo: y fuése Esaú al campo para coger la caza que había de traer.

And Rebekah heard when Isaac spake to Esau his son. And Esau went to the field to hunt for venison, and to bring it.

Rebeca falou com Jacó, seu filho, dizendo: “Eis que ouvi seu pai falar com Esaú, seu irmão, dizendo:

Entonces Rebeca habló á Jacob su hijo, diciendo: He aquí yo he oído á tu padre que hablaba con Esaú tu hermano, diciendo:

And Rebekah spake unto Jacob her son, saying, Behold, I heard thy father speak unto Esau thy brother, saying,

Rebekah spoke to Jacob her son, saying, “Behold, I heard your father speak to Esau your brother, saying,

‘Traga-me uma caça e prepare-me uma comida saborosa, para que eu coma e o abençoe diante do SENHOR antes da minha morte.’

Tráeme caza, y hazme un guisado, para que coma, y te bendiga delante de Jehová antes que yo muera.

Bring me venison, and make me savoury meat, that I may eat, and bless thee before the LORD before my death.

‘Bring me venison, and make me savory food, that I may eat, and bless you before the LORD before my death.’

Agora, portanto, meu filho, obedeça à minha voz de acordo com o que lhe ordeno.

Ahora pues, hijo mío, obedece á mi voz en lo que te mando;

Now therefore, my son, obey my voice according to that which I command thee.

Now therefore, my son, obey my voice according to that which I command you.

Vá agora ao rebanho e traga-me de lá dois bons cabritos. Eu farei deles uma comida saborosa para o seu pai, do jeito que ele gosta.

Ve ahora al ganado, y tráeme de allí dos buenos cabritos de las cabras, y haré de ellos viandas para tu padre, como él gusta;

Go now to the flock, and fetch me from thence two good kids of the goats; and I will make them savoury meat for thy father, such as he loveth:

Go now to the flock and get me two good young goats from there. I will make them savory food for your father, such as he loves.

Você a levará ao seu pai, para que ele coma, a fim de que o abençoe antes da sua morte.”

Y tú las llevarás á tu padre, y comerá, para que te bendiga antes de su muerte.

And thou shalt bring it to thy father, that he may eat, and that he may bless thee before his death.

You shall bring it to your father, that he may eat, so that he may bless you before his death.”

Jacó disse a Rebeca, sua mãe: “Eis que Esaú, meu irmão, é um homem peludo, e eu sou um homem de pele lisa.

Y Jacob dijo á Rebeca su madre: He aquí, Esaú mi hermano es hombre velloso, y yo lampiño:

And Jacob said to Rebekah his mother, Behold, Esau my brother is a hairy man, and I am a smooth man:

Jacob said to Rebekah his mother, “Behold, Esau my brother is a hairy man, and I am a smooth man.

E se meu pai me apalpar? Parecerei a ele um enganador, e trarei sobre mim uma maldição, e não uma bênção.”

Quizá me tentará mi padre, y me tendrá por burlador, y traeré sobre mí maldición y no bendición.

My father peradventure will feel me, and I shall seem to him as a deceiver; and I shall bring a curse upon me, and not a blessing.

What if my father touches me? I will seem to him as a deceiver, and I would bring a curse on myself, and not a blessing.”

Sua mãe lhe disse: “Que a sua maldição caia sobre mim, meu filho. Apenas obedeça à minha voz, e vá trazê-los para mim.”

Y su madre respondió: Hijo mío, sobre mí tu maldición: solamente obedece á mi voz, y ve y tráemelos.

And his mother said unto him, Upon me be thy curse, my son: only obey my voice, and go fetch me them.

His mother said to him, “Let your curse be on me, my son. Only obey my voice, and go get them for me.”

Ele foi, pegou-os e os trouxe à sua mãe. Sua mãe fez uma comida saborosa, do jeito que seu pai gostava.

Entonces él fué, y tomó, y trájolos á su madre: y su madre hizo guisados, como su padre gustaba.

And he went, and fetched, and brought them to his mother: and his mother made savoury meat, such as his father loved.

He went, and got them, and brought them to his mother. His mother made savory food, such as his father loved.

Rebeca pegou as melhores roupas de Esaú, seu filho mais velho, que estavam com ela em casa, e vestiu com elas Jacó, seu filho mais novo.

Y tomó Rebeca los vestidos de Esaú su hijo mayor, los preciosos, que ella tenía en casa, y vistió á Jacob su hijo menor:

And Rebekah took goodly raiment of her eldest son Esau, which were with her in the house, and put them upon Jacob her younger son:

Rebekah took the good clothes of Esau, her elder son, which were with her in the house, and put them on Jacob, her younger son.

Ela colocou as peles dos cabritos em suas mãos e na parte lisa do seu pescoço.

E hízole vestir sobre sus manos, y sobre la cerviz donde no tenía vello, las pieles de los cabritos de las cabras;

And she put the skins of the kids of the goats upon his hands, and upon the smooth of his neck:

She put the skins of the young goats on his hands, and on the smooth of his neck.

Ela entregou a comida saborosa e o pão, que havia preparado, nas mãos de seu filho Jacó.

Y entregó los guisados y el pan que había aderezado, en mano de Jacob su hijo.

And she gave the savoury meat and the bread, which she had prepared, into the hand of her son Jacob.

Ele foi até o seu pai e disse: “Meu pai?” Ele respondeu: “Eis-me aqui. Quem é você, meu filho?”

Y él fué á su padre, y dijo: Padre mío: y él respondió: Heme aquí, ¿quién eres, hijo mío?

And he came unto his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I; who art thou, my son?

He came to his father, and said, “My father?” He said, “Here I am. Who are you, my son?”

Jacó disse ao seu pai: “Eu sou Esaú, seu primogênito. Fiz o que o senhor me pediu. Por favor, levante-se, sente-se e coma da minha caça, para que a sua alma me abençoe.”

Y Jacob dijo á su padre: Yo soy Esaú tu primogénito; he hecho como me dijiste: levántate ahora, y siéntate, y come de mi caza, para que me bendiga tu alma.

And Jacob said unto his father, I am Esau thy firstborn; I have done according as thou badest me: arise, I pray thee, sit and eat of my venison, that thy soul may bless me.

Jacob said to his father, “I am Esau your firstborn. I have done what you asked me to do. Please arise, sit and eat of my venison, that your soul may bless me.”

Isaque disse ao seu filho: “Como é que você a encontrou tão depressa, meu filho?” Ele respondeu: “Porque o SENHOR, o seu Deus, me concedeu sucesso.”

Entonces Isaac dijo á su hijo: ¿Cómo es que la hallaste tan presto, hijo mío? Y él respondió: Porque Jehová tu Dios hizo que se encontrase delante de mí.

And Isaac said unto his son, How is it that thou hast found it so quickly, my son? And he said, Because the LORD thy God brought it to me.

Isaac said to his son, “How is it that you have found it so quickly, my son?” He said, “Because the LORD your God gave me success.”

Isaque disse a Jacó: “Por favor, chegue mais perto, para que eu possa apalpá-lo, meu filho, para saber se você é realmente meu filho Esaú ou não.”

E Isaac dijo á Jacob: Acércate ahora, y te palparé, hijo mío, por si eres mi hijo Esaú, ó no.

And Isaac said unto Jacob, Come near, I pray thee, that I may feel thee, my son, whether thou be my very son Esau or not.

Isaac said to Jacob, “Please come near, that I may feel you, my son, whether you are really my son Esau or not.”

Jacó se aproximou de Isaque, seu pai. Ele o apalpou e disse: “A voz é a voz de Jacó, mas as mãos são as mãos de Esaú.”

Y llegóse Jacob á su padre Isaac; y él le palpó, y dijo: La voz es la voz de Jacob, mas las manos, las manos de Esaú.

And Jacob went near unto Isaac his father; and he felt him, and said, The voice is Jacob’s voice, but the hands are the hands of Esau.

Jacob went near to Isaac his father. He felt him, and said, “The voice is Jacob’s voice, but the hands are the hands of Esau.”

Ele não o reconheceu, porque suas mãos estavam peludas, como as mãos de seu irmão Esaú. Então, ele o abençoou.

Y no le conoció, porque sus manos eran vellosas como las manos de Esaú: y le bendijo.

And he discerned him not, because his hands were hairy, as his brother Esau’s hands: so he blessed him.

He didn’t recognize him, because his hands were hairy, like his brother Esau’s hands. So he blessed him.

Ele perguntou: “Você é realmente meu filho Esaú?” Ele respondeu: “Eu sou.”

Y dijo: ¿Eres tú mi hijo Esaú? Y él respondió: Yo soy.

And he said, Art thou my very son Esau? And he said, I am.

He said, “Are you really my son Esau?” He said, “I am.”

Ele disse: “Traga-a para perto de mim, e comerei da caça do meu filho, para que a minha alma o abençoe.” Ele a trouxe para perto dele, e ele comeu. Ele lhe trouxe vinho, e ele bebeu.

Y dijo: Acércamela, y comeré de la caza de mi hijo, para que te bendiga mi alma; y él se la acercó, y comió: trájole también vino, y bebió.

And he said, Bring it near to me, and I will eat of my son’s venison, that my soul may bless thee. And he brought it near to him, and he did eat: and he brought him wine, and he drank.

He said, “Bring it near to me, and I will eat of my son’s venison, that my soul may bless you.” He brought it near to him, and he ate. He brought him wine, and he drank.

Seu pai Isaque lhe disse: “Chegue mais perto agora, e beije-me, meu filho.”

Y díjole Isaac su padre: Acércate ahora, y bésame, hijo mío.

And his father Isaac said unto him, Come near now, and kiss me, my son.

His father Isaac said to him, “Come near now, and kiss me, my son.”

Ele se aproximou e o beijou. Ele sentiu o cheiro de suas roupas, o abençoou e disse: “Eis que o cheiro do meu filho é como o cheiro de um campo que o SENHOR abençoou.

Y él se llegó, y le besó; y olió Isaac el olor de sus vestidos, y le bendijo, y dijo: Mira, el olor de mi hijo como el olor del campo que Jehová ha bendecido:

And he came near, and kissed him: and he smelled the smell of his raiment, and blessed him, and said, See, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which the LORD hath blessed:

He came near, and kissed him. He smelled the smell of his clothing, and blessed him, and said, “Behold, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which the LORD has blessed.

Que Deus lhe dê do orvalho do céu, da gordura da terra, e fartura de trigo e de vinho novo.

Dios, pues, te dé del rocío del cielo, y de las grosuras de la tierra, y abundancia de trigo y de mosto.

Therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine:

God give you of the dew of the sky, of the fatness of the earth, and plenty of grain and new wine.

Que os povos o sirvam, e as nações se curvem a você. Seja senhor sobre os seus irmãos. Que os filhos da sua mãe se curvem a você. Maldito seja todo aquele que o amaldiçoar. Bendito seja todo aquele que o abençoar.”

Sírvante pueblos, y naciones se inclinen á ti: sé señor de tus hermanos, e inclínense á ti los hijos de tu madre: malditos los que te maldijeren, y benditos los que te bendijeren.

Let people serve thee, and nations bow down to thee: be lord over thy brethren, and let thy mother’s sons bow down to thee: cursed be every one that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee.

Let peoples serve you, and nations bow down to you. Be lord over your brothers. Let your mother’s sons bow down to you. Cursed be everyone who curses you. Blessed be everyone who blesses you.”

Assim que Isaque terminou de abençoar Jacó, e Jacó mal havia saído da presença de Isaque, seu pai, Esaú, seu irmão, chegou da sua caçada.

Y aconteció, luego que hubo Isaac acabado de bendecir á Jacob, y apenas había salido Jacob de delante de Isaac su padre, que Esaú su hermano vino de su caza.

And it came to pass, as soon as Isaac had made an end of blessing Jacob, and Jacob was yet scarce gone out from the presence of Isaac his father, that Esau his brother came in from his hunting.

As soon as Isaac had finished blessing Jacob, and Jacob had just gone out from the presence of Isaac his father, Esau his brother came in from his hunting.

Ele também fez uma comida saborosa e a trouxe ao seu pai. Ele disse ao seu pai: “Que meu pai se levante e coma da caça do seu filho, para que a sua alma me abençoe.”

E hizo él también guisados, y trajo á su padre, y díjole: Levántese mi padre, y coma de la caza de su hijo, para que me bendiga tu alma.

And he also had made savoury meat, and brought it unto his father, and said unto his father, Let my father arise, and eat of his son’s venison, that thy soul may bless me.

He also made savory food, and brought it to his father. He said to his father, “Let my father arise, and eat of his son’s venison, that your soul may bless me.”

Isaque, seu pai, lhe perguntou: “Quem é você?” Ele respondeu: “Eu sou seu filho, seu primogênito, Esaú.”

Entonces Isaac su padre le dijo: ¿Quién eres tú? Y él dijo: Yo soy tu hijo, tu primogénito, Esaú.

And Isaac his father said unto him, Who art thou? And he said, I am thy son, thy firstborn Esau.

Isaac his father said to him, “Who are you?” He said, “I am your son, your firstborn, Esau.”

Isaque tremeu violentamente e disse: “Quem, então, foi aquele que apanhou a caça e a trouxe para mim, e eu comi de tudo antes que você chegasse, e o abençoei? Sim, ele será abençoado.”

Y estremecióse Isaac con grande estremecimiento, y dijo: ¿Quién es el que vino aquí, que cogió caza, y me trajo, y comí de todo antes que vinieses? Yo le bendije, y será bendito.

And Isaac trembled very exceedingly, and said, Who? where is he that hath taken venison, and brought it me, and I have eaten of all before thou camest, and have blessed him? yea, and he shall be blessed.

Isaac trembled violently, and said, “Who, then, is he who has taken venison, and brought it to me, and I have eaten of all before you came, and have blessed him? Yes, he will be blessed.”

Quando Esaú ouviu as palavras de seu pai, ele gritou com um clamor extremamente grande e amargo, e disse ao seu pai: “Abençoe-me, a mim também, meu pai.”

Como Esaú oyó las palabras de su padre, clamó con una muy grande y muy amarga exclamación, y le dijo: Bendíceme también á mí, padre mío.

And when Esau heard the words of his father, he cried with a great and exceeding bitter cry, and said unto his father, Bless me, even me also, O my father.

When Esau heard the words of his father, he cried with an exceedingly great and bitter cry, and said to his father, “Bless me, even me also, my father.”

Ele disse: “Seu irmão veio com engano e tomou a sua bênção.”

Y él dijo: Vino tu hermano con engaño, y tomó tu bendición.

And he said, Thy brother came with subtilty, and hath taken away thy blessing.

He said, “Your brother came with deceit, and has taken away your blessing.”

Ele disse: “Não é com razão que ele se chama Jacó? Pois ele me suplantou estas duas vezes. Ele tomou o meu direito de primogenitura. Veja, agora ele tomou a minha bênção.” Ele perguntou: “O senhor não reservou uma bênção para mim?”

Y él respondió: Bien llamaron su nombre Jacob, que ya me ha engañado dos veces; alzóse con mi primogenitura, y he aquí ahora ha tomado mi bendición. Y dijo: ¿No has guardado bendición para mí?

And he said, Is not he rightly named Jacob? for he hath supplanted me these two times: he took away my birthright; and, behold, now he hath taken away my blessing. And he said, Hast thou not reserved a blessing for me?

He said, “Isn’t he rightly named Jacob? For he has supplanted me these two times. He took away my birthright. See, now he has taken away my blessing.” He said, “Haven’t you reserved a blessing for me?”

Isaque respondeu a Esaú: “Eis que o constituí seu senhor, e todos os seus irmãos eu lhe dei por servos. Eu o sustentei com trigo e vinho novo. O que, então, farei por você, meu filho?”

Isaac respondió y dijo á Esaú: He aquí yo le he puesto por señor tuyo, y le he dado por siervos á todos sus hermanos: de trigo y de vino le he provisto: ¿qué, pues, te haré á ti ahora, hijo mío?

And Isaac answered and said unto Esau, Behold, I have made him thy lord, and all his brethren have I given to him for servants; and with corn and wine have I sustained him: and what shall I do now unto thee, my son?

Isaac answered Esau, “Behold, I have made him your lord, and all his brothers I have given to him for servants. I have sustained him with grain and new wine. What then will I do for you, my son?”

Esaú disse ao seu pai: “O senhor tem apenas uma bênção, meu pai? Abençoe-me, a mim também, meu pai.” Esaú levantou a sua voz e chorou.

Y Esaú respondió á su padre: ¿No tienes más que una sola bendición, padre mío? bendíceme también á mí, padre mío. Y alzó Esaú su voz, y lloró.

And Esau said unto his father, Hast thou but one blessing, my father? bless me, even me also, O my father. And Esau lifted up his voice, and wept.

Esau said to his father, “Do you have just one blessing, my father? Bless me, even me also, my father.” Esau lifted up his voice, and wept.

Isaque, seu pai, lhe respondeu: “Eis que a sua habitação será da gordura da terra, e do orvalho do céu lá do alto.

Entonces Isaac su padre habló y díjole: He aquí será tu habitación en grosuras de la tierra, y del rocío de los cielos de arriba;

And Isaac his father answered and said unto him, Behold, thy dwelling shall be the fatness of the earth, and of the dew of heaven from above;

Isaac his father answered him, “Behold, your dwelling will be of the fatness of the earth, and of the dew of the sky from above.

Você viverá pela sua espada, e servirá ao seu irmão. Acontecerá que, quando você se libertar, sacudirá o jugo dele do seu pescoço.”

Y por tu espada vivirás, y á tu hermano servirás: y sucederá cuando te enseñorees, que descargarás su yugo de tu cerviz.

And by thy sword shalt thou live, and shalt serve thy brother; and it shall come to pass when thou shalt have the dominion, that thou shalt break his yoke from off thy neck.

You will live by your sword, and you will serve your brother. It will happen, when you will break loose, that you will shake his yoke from off your neck.”

Esaú odiou Jacó por causa da bênção com a qual seu pai o abençoou. Esaú disse em seu coração: “Os dias de luto por meu pai estão próximos. Então matarei meu irmão Jacó.”

Y aborreció Esaú á Jacob por la bendición con que le había bendecido, y dijo en su corazón: Llegarán los días del luto de mi padre, y yo mataré á Jacob mi hermano.

And Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him: and Esau said in his heart, The days of mourning for my father are at hand; then will I slay my brother Jacob.

Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing with which his father blessed him. Esau said in his heart, “The days of mourning for my father are at hand. Then I will kill my brother Jacob.”

As palavras de Esaú, seu filho mais velho, foram contadas a Rebeca. Ela mandou chamar Jacó, seu filho mais novo, e lhe disse: “Eis que o seu irmão Esaú se consola a seu respeito, planejando matá-lo.

Y fueron dichas á Rebeca las palabras de Esaú su hijo mayor: y ella envió y llamó á Jacob su hijo menor, y díjole: He aquí, Esaú tu hermano se consuela acerca de ti con la idea de matarte.

And these words of Esau her elder son were told to Rebekah: and she sent and called Jacob her younger son, and said unto him, Behold, thy brother Esau, as touching thee, doth comfort himself, purposing to kill thee.

The words of Esau, her elder son, were told to Rebekah. She sent and called Jacob, her younger son, and said to him, “Behold, your brother Esau comforts himself about you by planning to kill you.

Agora, portanto, meu filho, obedeça à minha voz. Levante-se, fuja para Labão, meu irmão, em Harã.

Ahora pues, hijo mío, obedece á mi voz; levántate, y húyete á Labán mi hermano, á Harán;

Now therefore, my son, obey my voice; and arise, flee thou to Laban my brother to Haran;

Now therefore, my son, obey my voice. Arise, flee to Laban, my brother, in Haran.

Fique com ele alguns dias, até que a fúria do seu irmão se desvie—

Y mora con él algunos días, hasta que el enojo de tu hermano se mitigue;

And tarry with him a few days, until thy brother’s fury turn away;

Stay with him a few days, until your brother’s fury turns away—

até que a ira do seu irmão se desvie de você, e ele se esqueça do que você lhe fez. Então mandarei buscá-lo de lá. Por que eu deveria ser privada de vocês dois em um só dia?”

Hasta que se aplaque la ira de tu hermano contra ti, y se olvide de lo que le has hecho: yo enviaré entonces, y te traeré de allá: ¿por qué seré privada de vosotros ambos en un día?

Until thy brother’s anger turn away from thee, and he forget that which thou hast done to him: then I will send, and fetch thee from thence: why should I be deprived also of you both in one day?

until your brother’s anger turns away from you, and he forgets what you have done to him. Then I will send, and get you from there. Why should I be bereaved of you both in one day?”

Rebeca disse a Isaque: “Estou cansada da minha vida por causa das filhas de Hete. Se Jacó tomar uma esposa das filhas de Hete, como estas, das filhas da terra, de que me servirá a vida?”

Y dijo Rebeca á Isaac: Fastidio tengo de mi vida, á causa de las hijas de Heth. Si Jacob toma mujer de las hijas de Heth, como éstas, de las hijas de esta tierra, ¿para qué quiero la vida?

And Rebekah said to Isaac, I am weary of my life because of the daughters of Heth: if Jacob take a wife of the daughters of Heth, such as these which are of the daughters of the land, what good shall my life do me?

Rebekah said to Isaac, “I am weary of my life because of the daughters of Heth. If Jacob takes a wife of the daughters of Heth, such as these, of the daughters of the land, what good will my life do me?”
