Entonces Sara concibió, y según el tiempo señalado que ʼElohim le indicó, dio a luz un hijo a Abraham en su vejez.

Y concibió y parió Sara á Abraham un hijo en su vejez, en el tiempo que Dios le había dicho.

For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.
