Deus chamou a luz de “dia”, e a escuridão de “noite”. O dia e a noite juntos formaram o primeiro dia.

Y llamó Dios á la luz Día, y á las tinieblas llamó Noche: y fué la tarde y la mañana un día.

And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
