8Seht doch, mir gehören zwei Töchter, die noch keinem Mann beigewohnt haben: Lasst mich doch sie zu euch hinausbringen, und tut ihnen wie es gut in euren Augen ist; nur diesen Männern mögt (sollt, dürft) ihr nichts tun, denn deshalb sind sie in den Schutz meines Hauses gekommen.

8See now, I have two virgin daughters. Please let me bring them out to you, and you may do to them what seems good to you. Only don’t do anything to these men, because they have come under the shadow of my roof.”
