but, in very deed for this purpose, have I let thee remain, for the purpose of showing thee my might,—and that my name may be celebrated in all the earth.

Y á la verdad yo te he puesto para declarar en ti mi potencia, y que mi Nombre sea contado en toda la tierra.

And in very deed for this cause have I raised thee up, for to shew in thee my power; and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth.

but indeed for this cause I have made you stand: to show you my power, and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth,
