Deuteronomio 32

Ils ont sacrifié aux idoles, qui ne sont point dieux ; aux dieux qu’ils n’avaient point connus, dieux nouveaux, venus depuis peu, desquels vos pères n’ont point eu peur.

Sacrificaron á los diablos, no á Dios; á dioses que no habían conocido, á nuevos dioses venidos de cerca, que no habían temido vuestros padres.

They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.

They sacrificed to demons, not God, to gods that they didn’t know, to new gods that came up recently, which your fathers didn’t dread.
