13Pues he aquí que viene aquel que forma los montes y crea los vientos, el cual anuncia a los hombres su palabra o Verbo eterno, aquel que produce la niebla de la mañana, y el que pisa con sus pies las alturas de la tierra, aquel que tiene por nombre Señor Dios de los ejércitos.

13For, lo, he that formeth the mountains, and createth the wind, and declareth unto man what is his thought, that maketh the morning darkness, and treadeth upon the high places of the earth, The LORD, The God of hosts, is his name.

13For, behold, he who forms the mountains, creates the wind, declares to man what is his thought, who makes the morning darkness, and treads on the high places of the earth: The LORD, the God of Armies, is his name.”
