12Mientras Absalón ofrecía los sacrificios, envió también a llamar de Gilo, su ciudad, a Aquitófel, gilonita, consejero de David. Era fuerte la conspiración, y el pueblo que estaba con Absalón iba cada vez más en aumento.

12También envió Absalom por Achitophel Gilonita, del consejo de David, á Gilo su ciudad, mientras hacía sus sacrificios. Y la conjuración vino á ser grande, pues se iba aumentando el pueblo con Absalom.

12And Absalom sent for Ahithophel the Gilonite, David’s counsellor, from his city, even from Giloh, while he offered sacrifices. And the conspiracy was strong; for the people increased continually with Absalom.
