13“Por que o rei age contra o povo de Deus? Por que não procede com o povo do mesmo modo como me prometeu a respeito do meu filho?” perguntou a mulher. “Com suas próprias palavras o rei está condenando a si mesmo, visto que se recusa a permitir a volta para casa do seu próprio filho que foi banido.

13Entonces la mujer dijo: ¿Por qué pues piensas tú otro tanto contra el pueblo de Dios? que hablando el rey esta palabra, es como culpado, por cuanto el rey no hace volver á su fugitivo.

13And the woman said, Wherefore then hast thou thought such a thing against the people of God? for the king doth speak this thing as one which is faulty, in that the king doth not fetch home again his banished.
World English Bible
13The woman said, “Why then have you devised such a thing against the people of God? For in speaking this word the king is as one who is guilty, in that the king does not bring home again his banished one.
