32Jonadab, fils de Schimea, frère de David, prit la parole et dit: Que mon seigneur ne pense point que tous les jeunes gens, fils du roi, ont été tués, car Amnon seul est mort; et c’est l’effet d’une résolution d’Absalom, depuis le jour où Amnon a déshonoré Tamar, sa sœur.

32Y Jonadab, hijo de Simea hermano de David, habló y dijo: No diga mi señor que han muerto á todos los jóvenes hijos del rey, que sólo Amnón es muerto: porque en boca de Absalom estaba puesto desde el día que Amnón forzó á Thamar su hermana.

32And Jonadab, the son of Shimeah David’s brother, answered and said, Let not my lord suppose that they have slain all the young men the king’s sons; for Amnon only is dead: for by the appointment of Absalom this hath been determined from the day that he forced his sister Tamar.
