28E Absalom diede ordine a' suoi servitori, dicendo: Deh! guardate quando il cuore di Amnon sarà allegro di vino, e che io vi dirò: Percotetelo; allora ammazzatelo, e non temiate; non sono io quello che ve l'ho comandato? confortatevi, e portatevi da valent'uomini.

28Y había Absalom dado orden á sus criados, diciendo: Ahora bien, mirad cuándo el corazón de Amnón estará alegre del vino, y en diciéndoos yo, Herid á Amnón, entonces matadle, y no temáis; que yo os lo he mandado. Esforzaos pues, y sed valientes.

28Now Absalom had commanded his servants, saying, Mark ye now when Amnon’s heart is merry with wine, and when I say unto you, Smite Amnon; then kill him, fear not: have not I commanded you? be courageous, and be valiant.
