8Los amonitas establecieron sus líneas de batalla cerca de la entrada de la puerta de su ciudad, mientras que los arameos de Soba y Rehob y los hombres de Tob y Maaca tomaron posiciones por su cuenta en los campos abiertos.

8Y saliendo los hijos de Ammón, ordenaron sus escuadrones á la entrada de la puerta: mas los Siros de Soba, y de Rehob, y de Is-tob, y de Maaca, estaban de por sí en el campo.

8And the children of Ammon came out, and put the battle in array at the entering in of the gate: and the Syrians of Zoba, and of Rehob, and Ish-tob, and Maacah, were by themselves in the field.
