24Então, eles foram para oferecer sacrifícios e holocaustos. Jeú havia escolhido oitenta homens que ficariam do lado de fora e disse-lhes: "Se algum dos homens que entrego em tuas mãos escapar, seja quem for que deixares escapar, a tua vida será tirada pela vida daquele que escapou".

24Y como ellos entraron para hacer sacrificios y holocaustos, Jehú puso fuera ochenta hombres, y díjoles: Cualquiera que dejare vivo alguno de aquellos hombres que yo he puesto en vuestras manos, su vida será por la del otro.

24And when they went in to offer sacrifices and burnt offerings, Jehu appointed fourscore men without, and said, If any of the men whom I have brought into your hands escape, he that letteth him go, his life shall be for the life of him.

24So they went in to offer sacrifices and burnt offerings. Now Jehu had appointed for himself eighty men outside, and said, “If any of the men whom I bring into your hands escape, he who lets him go, his life shall be for the life of him.”
