16Et quand tous les Israélites virent que le roi ne les exauçait pas, le peuple répondit au roi en ces termes : En quoi sommes-nous participants de David ? nous ne sommes point légataires du fils d'Isaï ! Chacun à vos tentes, Israélites ! Désormais pourvois à ta maison, David. Et tout Israël regagna ses tentes.

16Y viendo todo Israel que el rey no les había oído, respondió el pueblo al rey, diciendo: ¿Qué parte tenemos nosotros con David, ni herencia en el hijo de Isaí? ¡Israel, cada uno á sus estancias! ¡David, mira ahora por tu casa! Así se fué todo Israel á sus estancias.

16And when all Israel saw that the king would not hearken unto them, the people answered the king, saying, What portion have we in David? and we have none inheritance in the son of Jesse: every man to your tents, O Israel: and now, David, see to thine own house. So all Israel went to their tents.
World English Bible
16When all Israel saw that the king didn’t listen to them, the people answered the king, saying, “What portion do we have in David? We don’t have an inheritance in the son of Jesse! Every man to your tents, Israel! Now see to your own house, David.” So all Israel departed to their tents.
