1 Samuel 15

SAMUEL aber sprach zu Saul: Mich hat dereinst der Herr gesandt, dich zum König über sein Volk Israel zu salben; so höre denn auf die Worte des Herrn! (a) 1Sa 10:1

Y SAMUEL dijo á Saúl: Jehová me envió á que te ungiese por rey sobre su pueblo Israel: oye pues la voz de las palabras de Jehová.

Samuel also said unto Saul, The LORD sent me to anoint thee to be king over his people, over Israel: now therefore hearken thou unto the voice of the words of the LORD.

Samuel said to Saul, “The LORD sent me to anoint you to be king over his people, over Israel. Now therefore listen to the voice of the LORD’s words.

So spricht der Herr der Heerscharen: Ich will ahnden, was Amalek an Israel getan hat, indem es ihm in den Weg trat, als es aus Ägypten heraufzog. (a) 2Mo 17:8; 5Mo 25:17

Así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos: Acuérdome de lo que hizo Amalec á Israel; que se le opuso en el camino, cuando subía de Egipto.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I remember that which Amalek did to Israel, how he laid wait for him in the way, when he came up from Egypt.

The LORD of Armies says, ‘I remember what Amalek did to Israel, how he set himself against him on the way when he came up out of Egypt.

So ziehe nun hin, schlage Amalek und vollstrecke den Bann an ihm und allem, was es hat; schone seiner nicht, sondern töte Männer und Frauen, Kinder und Säuglinge, Rinder und Schafe, Kamele und Esel. (a) 5Mo 20:16 17

Ve pues, y hiere á Amalec, y destruiréis en él todo lo que tuviere: y no te apiades de él: mata hombres y mujeres, niños y mamantes, vacas y ovejas, camellos y asnos.

Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.

Da bot Saul das Volk auf und musterte es in Telam, 200 000 Mann Fussvolk, und zehntausend Mann aus Juda.

Saúl pues juntó el pueblo, y reconociólos en Telaim, doscientos mil de á pie, y diez mil hombres de Judá.

And Saul gathered the people together, and numbered them in Telaim, two hundred thousand footmen, and ten thousand men of Judah.

Saul summoned the people, and counted them in Telaim, two hundred thousand footmen and ten thousand men of Judah.

Dann rückte Saul vor die Hauptstadt von Amalek und legte einen Hinterhalt im Tale.

Y viniendo Saúl á la ciudad de Amalec, puso emboscada en el valle.

And Saul came to a city of Amalek, and laid wait in the valley.

Aber den Kenitern liess Saul sagen: Auf, zieht euch zurück, geht fort aus dem Gebiet von Amalek, dass ich euch nicht mit ihnen aufreibe, da ihr doch ganz Israel Freundlichkeit erwiesen habt, als es aus Ägypten herauf kam. Da zogen sich die Keniter aus Amalek zurück. (a) Ri 1:16

Y dijo Saúl al Cineo: Idos, apartaos, y salid de entre los de Amalec, para que no te destruya juntamente con él: pues que tú hiciste misericordia con todos los hijos de Israel, cuando subían de Egipto. Apartóse pues el Cineo de entre los de Amalec.

And Saul said unto the Kenites, Go, depart, get you down from among the Amalekites, lest I destroy you with them: for ye shewed kindness to all the children of Israel, when they came up out of Egypt. So the Kenites departed from among the Amalekites.

Saul said to the Kenites, “Go, depart, go down from among the Amalekites, lest I destroy you with them; for you showed kindness to all the children of Israel when they came up out of Egypt.” So the Kenites departed from among the Amalekites.

Saul aber schlug Amalek von Hawila an bis Sur, das östlich von Ägypten liegt.

Y Saúl hirió á Amalec, desde Havila hasta llegar á Shur, que está á la frontera de Egipto.

And Saul smote the Amalekites from Havilah until thou comest to Shur, that is over against Egypt.

Saul struck the Amalekites, from Havilah as you go to Shur, which is before Egypt.

Agag, den König von Amalek, nahm er lebendig gefangen, an allem Volk aber vollstreckte er den Bann mit der Schärfe des Schwertes.

Y tomó vivo á Agag rey de Amalec, mas á todo el pueblo mató á filo de espada.

And he took Agag the king of the Amalekites alive, and utterly destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword.

Doch schonten Saul und seine Leute den Agag und die besten Schafe und Rinder, die fetten Tiere und die Lämmer und alles, was wertvoll war, und wollten an ihnen den Bann nicht vollstrecken; alle wertlose und geringe Ware aber bannten sie.

Y Saúl y el pueblo perdonaron á Agag, y á lo mejor de las ovejas, y al ganado mayor, á los gruesos y á los carneros, y á todo lo bueno: que no lo quisieron destruir: mas todo lo que era vil y flaco destruyeron.

But Saul and the people spared Agag, and the best of the sheep, and of the oxen, and of the fatlings, and the lambs, and all that was good, and would not utterly destroy them: but every thing that was vile and refuse, that they destroyed utterly.

Da erging das Wort des Herrn an Samuel:

Y fué palabra de Jehová á Samuel, diciendo:

Then came the word of the LORD unto Samuel, saying,

Es reut mich, dass ich Saul zum König gemacht habe; denn er hat sich von mir abgewandt und meine Befehle nicht vollzogen. Das tat Samuel weh, und er schrie die ganze Nacht zum Herrn. (a) 1Mo 6:6

Pésame de haber puesto por rey á Saúl, porque se ha vuelto de en pos de mí, y no ha cumplido mis palabras. Y apesadumbróse Samuel, y clamó á Jehová toda aquella noche.

It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king: for he is turned back from following me, and hath not performed my commandments. And it grieved Samuel; and he cried unto the LORD all night.

“It grieves me that I have set up Saul to be king, for he has turned back from following me, and has not performed my commandments.” Samuel was angry; and he cried to the LORD all night.

Am Morgen aber in der Frühe ging Samuel dem Saul entgegen. Und es wurde Samuel gemeldet: Saul ist nach Karmel gekommen und hat sich da ein Denkmal errichtet; dann hat er sich gewandt und ist weitergezogen, hinab nach Gilgal.

Madrugó luego Samuel para ir á encontrar á Saúl por la mañana; y fué dado aviso á Samuel, diciendo: Saúl ha venido al Carmel, y he aquí él se ha levantado un trofeo, y después volviendo, ha pasado y descendido á Gilgal.

And when Samuel rose early to meet Saul in the morning, it was told Samuel, saying, Saul came to Carmel, and, behold, he set him up a place, and is gone about, and passed on, and gone down to Gilgal.

Samuel rose early to meet Saul in the morning; and Samuel was told, saying, “Saul came to Carmel, and behold, he set up a monument for himself, turned, passed on, and went down to Gilgal.”

Als nun Samuel zu Saul kam, sprach Saul zu ihm: Gesegnet seist du vom Herrn! Ich habe den Befehl des Herrn vollstreckt.

Vino pues Samuel á Saúl, y Saúl le dijo: Bendito seas tú de Jehová; yo he cumplido la palabra de Jehová.

And Samuel came to Saul: and Saul said unto him, Blessed be thou of the LORD: I have performed the commandment of the LORD.

Samuel came to Saul; and Saul said to him, “You are blessed by the LORD! I have performed the commandment of the LORD.”

Samuel erwiderte: Was ist denn das für ein Blöken von Schafen, das zu meinen Ohren dringt, und ein Brüllen von Rindern, das ich höre?

Samuel entonces dijo: ¿Pues qué balido de ganados y bramido de bueyes es este que yo oigo con mis oídos?

And Samuel said, What meaneth then this bleating of the sheep in mine ears, and the lowing of the oxen which I hear?

Samuel said, “Then what does this bleating of the sheep in my ears and the lowing of the cattle which I hear mean?”

Und Saul antwortete: Aus Amalek hat das Volk sie heimgebracht; denn es hat die besten Schafe und Rinder verschont, um sie dem Herrn, deinem Gott, zu opfern; das übrige haben wir gebannt.

Y Saúl respondió: De Amalec los han traído; porque el pueblo perdonó á lo mejor de las ovejas y de las vacas, para sacrificarlas á Jehová tu Dios; pero lo demás lo destruimos.

And Saul said, They have brought them from the Amalekites: for the people spared the best of the sheep and of the oxen, to sacrifice unto the LORD thy God; and the rest we have utterly destroyed.

Saul said, “They have brought them from the Amalekites; for the people spared the best of the sheep and of the cattle, to sacrifice to the LORD your God. We have utterly destroyed the rest.”

Da sprach Samuel zu Saul: Lass das! Ich will dir sagen, was der Herr diese Nacht zu mir geredet hat. Er sprach zu ihm: Rede!

Entonces dijo Samuel á Saúl: Déjame declararte lo que Jehová me ha dicho esta noche. Y él le respondió: Di.

Then Samuel said unto Saul, Stay, and I will tell thee what the LORD hath said to me this night. And he said unto him, Say on.

Then Samuel said to Saul, “Stay, and I will tell you what the LORD said to me last night.” He said to him, “Say on.”

Samuel sprach: Bist du nicht, wenn gleich gering in deinen Augen, doch das Haupt der Stämme Israels? Der Herr hat dich ja zum König über Israel gesalbt, (a) 1Sa 9:21

Y dijo Samuel: Siendo tú pequeño en tus ojos ¿no has sido hecho cabeza á las tribus de Israel, y Jehová te ha ungido por rey sobre Israel?

And Samuel said, When thou wast little in thine own sight, wast thou not made the head of the tribes of Israel, and the LORD anointed thee king over Israel?

Samuel said, “Though you were little in your own sight, weren’t you made the head of the tribes of Israel? The LORD anointed you king over Israel;

und der Herr hat dich auf den Weg gesandt mit dem Geheiss: Ziehe hin und vollstrecke den Bann an den Frevlern, den Amalekitern, und streite wider sie, bis du sie ausgerottet hast.

Y envióte Jehová en jornada, y dijo: Ve, y destruye los pecadores de Amalec, y hazles guerra hasta que los acabes.

And the LORD sent thee on a journey, and said, Go and utterly destroy the sinners the Amalekites, and fight against them until they be consumed.

and the LORD sent you on a journey, and said, ‘Go, and utterly destroy the sinners the Amalekites, and fight against them until they are consumed.’

Warum hast du denn nicht auf die Stimme des Herrn gehört, sondern hast dich auf die Beute gestürzt und getan, was dem Herrn missfiel?

¿Por qué pues no has oído la voz de Jehová, sino que vuelto al despojo, has hecho lo malo en los ojos de Jehová?

Wherefore then didst thou not obey the voice of the LORD, but didst fly upon the spoil, and didst evil in the sight of the LORD?

Why then didn’t you obey the LORD’s voice, but took the plunder, and did that which was evil in the LORD’s sight?”

Saul antwortete Samuel: Ich habe doch auf die Stimme des Herrn gehört und bin den Weg gezogen, den mich der Herr gesandt hat; ich habe Agag, den König von Amalek, hergebracht und den Bann an Amalek vollstreckt.

Y Saúl respondió á Samuel: Antes he oído la voz de Jehová, y fuí á la jornada que Jehová me envió, y he traído á Agag rey de Amalec, y he destruído á los Amalecitas:

And Saul said unto Samuel, Yea, I have obeyed the voice of the LORD, and have gone the way which the LORD sent me, and have brought Agag the king of Amalek, and have utterly destroyed the Amalekites.

Saul said to Samuel, “But I have obeyed the LORD’s voice, and have gone the way which the LORD sent me, and have brought Agag the king of Amalek, and have utterly destroyed the Amalekites.

Aber das Volk hat Schafe und Rinder von der Beute genommen, das Beste von dem, was dem Bann verfallen war, um es dem Herrn, deinem Gott, in Gilgal zu opfern.

Mas el pueblo tomó del despojo ovejas y vacas, las primicias del anatema, para sacrificarlas á Jehová tu Dios en Gilgal.

But the people took of the spoil, sheep and oxen, the chief of the things which should have been utterly destroyed, to sacrifice unto the LORD thy God in Gilgal.

But the people took of the plunder, sheep and cattle, the best of the devoted things, to sacrifice to the LORD your God in Gilgal.”

Samuel aber sprach: Hat der Herr Wohlgefallen an Brandopfern und Schlachtopfern gleichwie am Gehorsam gegen den Herrn? Siehe, Gehorsam ist besser als Opfer, Aufmerken besser als Fett von Widdern. (a) Ps 50:7-14; Hos 6:6; Am 5:22; Mt 9:13

Y Samuel dijo: ¿Tiene Jehová tanto contentamiento con los holocaustos y víctimas, como en obedecer á las palabras de Jehová? Ciertamente el obedecer es mejor que los sacrificios; y el prestar atención que el sebo de los carneros:

And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.

Samuel said, “Has the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the LORD’s voice? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to listen than the fat of rams.

Denn Ungehorsam ist gerade so Sünde wie Wahrsagerei, und Widerspenstigkeit ist gerade so Frevel wie Abgötterei. Weil du das Wort des Herrn verworfen, hat er dich verworfen als König.

Porque como pecado de adivinación es la rebelión, y como ídolos é idolatría el infringir. Por cuanto tú desechaste la palabra de Jehová, él también te ha desechado para que no seas rey.

For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.

For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as idolatry and teraphim. Because you have rejected the LORD’s word, he has also rejected you from being king.”

Da sprach Saul zu Samuel: Ich habe gesündigt, weil ich den Befehl des Herrn und deine Worte übertreten habe; denn ich fürchtete das Volk, und so willfahrte ich ihnen.

Entonces Saúl dijo á Samuel: Yo he pecado; que he quebrantado el dicho de Jehová y tus palabras: porque temí al pueblo, consentí á la voz de ellos. Perdona pues ahora mi pecado,

And Saul said unto Samuel, I have sinned: for I have transgressed the commandment of the LORD, and thy words: because I feared the people, and obeyed their voice.

Saul said to Samuel, “I have sinned; for I have transgressed the commandment of the LORD and your words, because I feared the people and obeyed their voice.

Nun aber, vergib mir doch meine Sünde und kehre mit mir um, dass ich den Herrn anbete.

Y vuelve conmigo para que adore á Jehová.

Now therefore, I pray thee, pardon my sin, and turn again with me, that I may worship the LORD.

Now therefore, please pardon my sin, and turn again with me, that I may worship the LORD.”

Samuel sprach zu Saul: Ich kehre nicht mit dir um; weil du das Wort des Herrn verworfen hast, hat der Herr dich auch verworfen, dass du nicht mehr König seiest über Israel.

Y Samuel respondió á Saúl: No volveré contigo; porque desechaste la palabra de Jehová, y Jehová te ha desechado para que no seas rey sobre Israel.

And Samuel said unto Saul, I will not return with thee: for thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, and the LORD hath rejected thee from being king over Israel.

Samuel said to Saul, “I will not return with you; for you have rejected the LORD’s word, and the LORD has rejected you from being king over Israel.”

Und Samuel wandte sich zum Gehen. Da ergriff Saul den Zipfel seines Mantels, dass er abriss.

Y volviéndose Samuel para irse, él echó mano de la orla de su capa, y desgarróse.

And as Samuel turned about to go away, he laid hold upon the skirt of his mantle, and it rent.

As Samuel turned around to go away, Saul grabbed the skirt of his robe, and it tore.

Da sprach Samuel zu ihm: Der Herr reisst heute das Königtum über Israel von dir und wird es einem andern geben, der besser ist als du. (a) 1Sa 28:17

Entonces Samuel le dijo: Jehová ha desgarrado hoy de ti el reino de Israel, y lo ha dado á tu prójimo mejor que tú.

And Samuel said unto him, The LORD hath rent the kingdom of Israel from thee this day, and hath given it to a neighbour of thine, that is better than thou.

Samuel said to him, “The LORD has torn the kingdom of Israel from you today, and has given it to a neighbor of yours who is better than you.

Auch lügt Er nicht, der Israels Ruhm ist, und lässt sich's nicht gereuen; denn er ist kein Mensch, dass er sich's gereuen liesse. (a) 4Mo 23:19

Y también el Vencedor de Israel no mentirá, ni se arrepentirá: porque no es hombre para que se arrepienta.

And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent: for he is not a man, that he should repent.

Er aber sprach: Ich habe gesündigt, aber ehre mich doch jetzt vor den Ältesten meines Volkes und vor Israel und kehre mit mir um, dass ich den Herrn, deinen Gott, anbete.

Y él dijo: Yo he pecado: mas ruégote que me honres delante de los ancianos de mi pueblo, y delante de Israel; y vuelve conmigo para que adore á Jehová tu Dios.

Then he said, I have sinned: yet honour me now, I pray thee, before the elders of my people, and before Israel, and turn again with me, that I may worship the LORD thy God.

Then he said, “I have sinned; yet please honor me now before the elders of my people and before Israel, and come back with me, that I may worship the LORD your God.”

Da kehrte Samuel um und folgte Saul, und Saul betete den Herrn an.

Y volvió Samuel tras Saúl, y adoró Saúl á Jehová.

So Samuel turned again after Saul; and Saul worshipped the LORD.

So Samuel went back with Saul; and Saul worshiped the LORD.

Samuel aber sprach: Bringt Agag, den König von Amalek, zu mir her! Da ging Agag heiter zu ihm hin und sprach: Traun, die Bitterkeit des Todes ist dahin!

Después dijo Samuel: Traedme á Agag rey de Amalec. Y Agag vino á él delicadamente. Y dijo Agag: Ciertamente se pasó la amargura de la muerte.

Then said Samuel, Bring ye hither to me Agag the king of the Amalekites. And Agag came unto him delicately. And Agag said, Surely the bitterness of death is past.

Then Samuel said, “Bring Agag the king of the Amalekites here to me!” Agag came to him cheerfully. Agag said, “Surely the bitterness of death is past.”

Samuel sprach: Wie dein Schwert Frauen die Kinder geraubt hat, so soll deine Mutter vor andern Frauen der Kinder beraubt sein! Damit hieb Samuel den Agag in Stücke vor dem Herrn in Gilgal.

Y Samuel dijo: Como tu espada dejó las mujeres sin hijos, así tu madre será sin hijo entre las mujeres. Entonces Samuel cortó en pedazos á Agag delante de Jehová en Gilgal.

And Samuel said, As thy sword hath made women childless, so shall thy mother be childless among women. And Samuel hewed Agag in pieces before the LORD in Gilgal.

Samuel said, “As your sword has made women childless, so your mother will be childless among women!” Then Samuel cut Agag in pieces before the LORD in Gilgal.

Dann ging Samuel nach Rama; Saul aber zog heim, hinauf nach dem Gibea Sauls. (a) 1Sa 7:17

Fuése luego Samuel á Rama, y Saúl subió á su casa en Gabaa de Saúl.

Then Samuel went to Ramah; and Saul went up to his house to Gibeah of Saul.

Und Samuel sah Saul nicht wieder bis an den Tag seines Todes; denn Samuel trug Leid um Saul. DA es nun den Herrn gereute, dass er Saul zum König über Israel gemacht hatte,

Y nunca después vió Samuel á Saúl en toda su vida: y Samuel lloraba á Saúl: mas Jehová se había arrepentido de haber puesto á Saúl por rey sobre Israel.

And Samuel came no more to see Saul until the day of his death: nevertheless Samuel mourned for Saul: and the LORD repented that he had made Saul king over Israel.

Samuel came no more to see Saul until the day of his death, but Samuel mourned for Saul. The LORD grieved that he had made Saul king over Israel.
