1 Samuel 13

J'ai dit: Les Philistins descendront maintenant contre moi à Guilgal, et je n'ai point supplié l'Éternel; et, après m'être ainsi retenu, j'ai offert l'holocauste.

Me dije: Los Filisteos descenderán ahora contra mí á Gilgal, y yo no he implorado el favor de Jehová. Esforcéme pues, y ofrecí holocausto.

Therefore said I, The Philistines will come down now upon me to Gilgal, and I have not made supplication unto the LORD: I forced myself therefore, and offered a burnt offering.
