Da fürchtete er sich, machte sich auf und ging fort, sein Leben zu retten. Als er nach Beerseba in Juda kam, liess er seinen Diener dort;

Viendo pues el peligro, levantóse y fuése por salvar su vida, y vino á Beer-seba, que es en Judá, y dejó allí su criado.

And when he saw that, he arose, and went for his life, and came to Beer-sheba, which belongeth to Judah, and left his servant there.
