5Aquel mismo día, mientras Elías iba al encuentro del rey Acab, este le había dicho a Abdías: «Debemos recorrer la tierra en busca de arroyos y ríos. Es probable que encontremos pasto para alimentar los caballos y las mulas, porque si no, se van a morir de hambre».

5Y dijo Achâb á Abdías: Ve por el país á todas las fuentes de aguas, y á todos los arroyos; que acaso hallaremos grama con que conservemos la vida á los caballos y á las acémilas, para que no nos quedemos sin bestias.

5And Ahab said unto Obadiah, Go into the land, unto all fountains of water, and unto all brooks: peradventure we may find grass to save the horses and mules alive, that we lose not all the beasts.
