18Tiempo después, cuando el rey Roboán envió a Adonirán, que era el supervisor del trabajo obligatorio, a que alistara hombres de otras tribus, una gran multitud lo apedreó hasta darle muerte. El rey Roboán se trepó a su carro y logró huir a Jerusalén.

18Y el rey Roboam envió á Adoram, que estaba sobre los tributos; pero apedreóle todo Israel, y murió. Entonces el rey Roboam se esforzó á subir en un carro, y huir á Jerusalem.

18Then king Rehoboam sent Adoram, who was over the tribute; and all Israel stoned him with stones, that he died. Therefore king Rehoboam made speed to get him up to his chariot, to flee to Jerusalem.
