38Et, si tu observes tout ce que je t'ordonnerai, si tu marches en mes voies, si tu fais devant moi ce qui est droit, en gardant mes commandements et mes ordonnances, comme a fait David, mon serviteur, je serai avec toi, et je te bâtirai une maison sûre, de même que j'en ai bâti une pour David.

38Y será que, si prestares oído á todas las cosas que te mandare, y anduvieres en mis caminos, é hicieres lo recto delante de mis ojos, guardando mis estatutos y mis mandamientos, como hizo David mi siervo, yo seré contigo, y te edificaré casa firme, como la edifiqué á David, y yo te entregaré á Israel.

38And it shall be, if thou wilt hearken unto all that I command thee, and wilt walk in my ways, and do that is right in my sight, to keep my statutes and my commandments, as David my servant did; that I will be with thee, and build thee a sure house, as I built for David, and will give Israel unto thee.
