1 Corintios 9

Tout homme qui combat dans les jeux fait preuve de maîtrise de soi en toutes choses. Or eux, ils le font pour recevoir une couronne corruptible, mais nous, pour une incorruptible.

Y todo aquel que lucha, de todo se abstiene: y ellos, á la verdad, para recibir una corona corruptible; mas nosotros, incorruptible.

And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.

Every man who strives in the games exercises self-control in all things. Now they do it to receive a corruptible crown, but we an incorruptible.
