22Entonces David le dijo: ―Por favor, véndeme esta parte de tu parcela, para construir un altar para el Señor, a fin de que la plaga se detenga. Yo te pagaré lo que en realidad vale el terreno.

22Then David said to Ornan, Grant me the place of this threshingfloor, that I may build an altar therein unto the LORD: thou shalt grant it me for the full price: that the plague may be stayed from the people.

22Then David said to Ornan, “Sell me the place of this threshing floor, that I may build an altar to the LORD on it. You shall sell it to me for the full price, that the plague may be stopped from afflicting the people.”
