Cantares 8

†SHE Come quickly, my beloved, and resemble thou a gazelle, or a young stag, upon the mountains of balsam-trees.

Huye, amado mío; y sé semejante al gamo, ó al cervatillo, sobre las montañas de los aromas.

Make haste, my beloved, and be thou like to a roe or to a young hart upon the mountains of spices.

Come away, my beloved! Be like a gazelle or a young stag on the mountains of spices!
