Le mandragore spirano odore: nelle nostre porte (son) tutti i pomi: e i nuovi, e i vecchia te, o mio Diletto, gli ho serbati.

Las mandrágoras han dado olor, y á nuestras puertas hay toda suerte de dulces frutas, nuevas y añejas, que para ti, oh amado mío, he guardado.

The mandrakes give a smell, and at our gates are all manner of pleasant fruits, new and old, which I have laid up for thee, O my beloved.

The mandrakes produce fragrance. At our doors are all kinds of precious fruits, new and old, which I have stored up for you, my beloved.
