Und so erbarmt er sich dessen, den er will, und er verstockt auch, wen er will.

De manera que del que quiere tiene misericordia; y al que quiere, endurece.

Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.

So then, he has mercy on whom he desires, and he hardens whom he desires.
