Paolo, servo di Gesù Cristo, chiamato Apostolo, segregato pel Vangelo di Dio,

PABLO, siervo de Jesucristo, llamado á ser apóstol, apartado para el evangelio de Dios,

Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,

Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, set apart for the Good News of God,

Il qual (Vangelo) aveva egli anticipatamente promesso per mezzo de' suoi profeti nelle sante scritture,

Que él había antes prometido por sus profetas en las santas Escrituras,

(Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,)

which he promised before through his prophets in the holy Scriptures,

Risguardante il Figliuol suo (fatto a lui del seme di Davidde secondo la carne,

Acerca de su Hijo, (que fué hecho de la simiente de David según la carne;

Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;

concerning his Son, who was born of the offspring of David according to the flesh,

Predestinato Figliuolo di Dio per (propria) virtù secondo lo spirito di santificazione per la risurrezione da morte) Gesù Cristo Signor nostro:

El cual fué declarado Hijo de Dios con potencia, según el espíritu de santidad, por la resurrección de los muertos), de Jesucristo Señor nuestro,

And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

who was declared to be the Son of God with power according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord,

Per cui ricevuto abbiamo la grazia e l'Apostolato presso tutte le genti affinchè alla fede nel nome di lui ubbidiscano,

Por el cual recibimos la gracia y el apostolado, para la obediencia de la fe en todas las naciones en su nombre,

By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:

through whom we received grace and apostleship for obedience of faith among all the nations for his name’s sake;

Tra le quali siete anche voi chiamati di Gesù Cristo:

Entre las cuales sois también vosotros, llamados de Jesucristo:

Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:

among whom you are also called to belong to Jesus Christ;

A tutti que' che sono in Roma, diletti di Dio, chiamati santi: grazia a voi, e pace da Dio padre nostro, e dal Signore Gesù Cristo.

A todos los que estáis en Roma, amados de Dios, llamados santos: Gracia y paz tengáis de Dios nuestro Padre, y del Señor Jesucristo.

To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

E primieramente grazie rendo al mio Dio per Gesù Cristo a riguardo di tutti voi: perché per la vostra fede vien celebrata pel mondo tutto.

Primeramente, doy gracias á mi Dios por Jesucristo acerca de todos vosotros, de que vuestra fe es predicada en todo el mundo.

First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.

Imperocché è a me testimone Dio cui in servo col mio spirito in evangelizzando il suo figliuolo, come di continuo fo memoria di voi

Porque testigo me es Dios, al cual sirvo en mi espíritu en el evangelio de su Hijo, que sin cesar me acuerdo de vosotros siempre en mis oraciones,

For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;

For God is my witness, whom I serve in my spirit in the Good News of his Son, how unceasingly I make mention of you always in my prayers,

Sempre nelle mie orazioni, chiedendo, che, se mai finalmente una volta mi sia concesso nella volontà di Dio un felice viaggio a voi io ne venga.

Rogando, si al fin algún tiempo haya de tener, por la voluntad de Dios, próspero viaje para ir á vosotros.

Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you.

requesting, if by any means now at last I may be prospered by the will of God to come to you.

Conciossiaché bramo di vedervi, affin di comunicare a voi qualche parte di grazia spirituale per vostro conforto:

Porque os deseo ver, para repartir con vosotros algún don espiritual, para confirmaros;

For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established;

For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift, to the end that you may be established;

Viene a dire, per consolarmi insieme con voi per la scambievole fede e vostra, e mia.

Es á saber, para ser juntamente consolado con vosotros por la común fe vuestra y juntamente mía.

That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.

that is, that I with you may be encouraged in you, each of us by the other’s faith, both yours and mine.

Or io non voglio, che siavi ignoto, o fratelli, come feci spesso risoluzione di venir da voi per far qualche frutto anche tra voi, come tra le altre nazioni, ma sono stato fino a quest'ora impedito.

Mas no quiero, hermanos, que ignoréis que muchas veces me he propuesto ir á vosotros (empero hasta ahora he sido estorbado), para tener también entre vosotros algún fruto, como entre los demás Gentiles.

Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you, (but was let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles.

Now I don’t desire to have you unaware, brothers, that I often planned to come to you (and was hindered so far), that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among the rest of the Gentiles.

Sono debitore ai Greci, e ai Barbari, ai saggi, e agli stolti:

A Griegos y á bárbaros, á sabios y á no sabios soy deudor.

I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.

I am debtor both to Greeks and to foreigners, both to the wise and to the foolish.

Così (quanto a me) sono pronto ad annunciare il Vangelo anche a voi che siete in Roma.

Así que, cuanto á mí, presto estoy á anunciar el evangelio también á vosotros que estáis en Roma.

So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

So as much as is in me, I am eager to preach the Good News to you also who are in Rome.

Imperocché io non mi vergogno del Vangelo. Conciossiachè egli è virtù di Dio per dar salute ad ogni credente, prima al Giudeo, e poi al Greco.

Porque no me avergüenzo del evangelio: porque es potencia de Dios para salud á todo aquel que cree; al Judío primeramente y también al Griego.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

For I am not ashamed of the Good News of Christ, because it is the power of God for salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first, and also for the Greek.

Imperocché la giustizia di Dio per esso si manifesta di fede in fede: conforme sta scritto: il giusto vive di fede.

Porque en él la justicia de Dios se descubre de fe en fe; como está escrito: Mas el justo vivirá por la fe.

For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

For in it is revealed God’s righteousness from faith to faith. As it is written, “But the righteous shall live by faith.”

Imperocché si manifesta l'ira di Dio dal cielo contro ogni empietà, e in giustizia degli uomini, come quegli, i quali la verità di Dio ritengono nell'ingiustizia:

Porque manifiesta es la ira de Dios del cielo contra toda impiedad é injusticia de los hombres, que detienen la verdad con injusticia:

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness,

Conciossiachè quello, che di Dio può conoscersi, è in essi manifesto. Dappoiché Dio lo ha ad essi manifestato.

Porque lo que de Dios se conoce, á ellos es manifiesto; porque Dios se lo manifestó.

Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

because that which is known of God is revealed in them, for God revealed it to them.

Imperocché le invisibili cose di lui, dopo creato il mondo per le cose fatte comprendendosi, si veggono: anche l'eterna potenza, e il divino essere di lui, onde siano inescusabili.

Porque las cosas invisibles de él, su eterna potencia y divinidad, se echan de ver desde la creación del mundo, siendo entendidas por las cosas que son hechas; de modo que son inexcusables:

For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity, that they may be without excuse.

Perché avendo conosciuto Dio, noi glorificarono come Dio né a lui grazie rendettero: ma infatuirono ne' loro pensamenti, e si ottenebrò lo stolto lor cuore:

Porque habiendo conocido á Dios, no le glorificaron como á Dios, ni dieron gracias; antes se desvanecieron en sus discursos, y el necio corazón de ellos fué entenebrecido.

Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

Because knowing God, they didn’t glorify him as God, and didn’t give thanks, but became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless heart was darkened.

Imperocché dicendo di esser saggi, diventarono stolti.

Diciéndose ser sabios, se hicieron fatuos,

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

E cangiarono la gloria dell'incorruttibile Dio per la figura di un simulacro di uomo corruttibile, e di uccelli, e di quadrupedi, e di serpenti.

Y trocaron la gloria del Dios incorruptible en semejanza de imagen de hombre corruptible, y de aves, y de animales de cuatro pies, y de serpientes.

And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

and traded the glory of the incorruptible God for the likeness of an image of corruptible man, and of birds, four-footed animals, and creeping things.

Per la qual cosa abbandonagli Iddio ai desiderj de' loro cuore, alla immondezza: talmente che disonorassero in se stessi i corpi loro:

Por lo cual también Dios los entregó á inmundicia, en las concupiscencias de sus corazones, de suerte que contaminaron sus cuerpos entre sí mismos:

Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

Therefore God also gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to uncleanness, that their bodies should be dishonored among themselves;

Eglino, che cambiarono la verità di Dio per la menzogna: e rendettero onore, e servirono alla creatura piuttosto, che al Creatore, il quale è bene detto ne' secoli. Così sia.

Los cuales mudaron la verdad de Dios en mentira, honrando y sirviendo á las criaturas antes que al Criador, el cual es bendito por los siglos. Amén.

Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

who exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

Per questo gli diede Dio in balia di ignominiose passioni. Imperocché le stesse loro donne l'ordine posto dalla natura cambiarono in disordine contrario alla natura.

Por esto Dios los entregó á afectos vergonzosos; pues aun sus mujeres mudaron el natural uso en el uso que es contra naturaleza:

For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

For this reason, God gave them up to vile passions. For their women changed the natural function into that which is against nature.

E gli uomini similmente, lasciata la natural unione della donna, ne lor desiderj arsero scambievolmente, facendo cose obbrobriose l'un verso l'altro, e riportando in se stessi la condegna mercede del proprio errore.

Y del mismo modo también los hombres, dejando el uso natural de las mujeres, se encendieron en sus concupiscencias los unos con los otros, cometiendo cosas nefandas hombres con hombres, y recibiendo en sí mismos la recompensa que convino á su extravío.

And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

Likewise also the men, leaving the natural function of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another, men doing what is inappropriate with men, and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error.

E siccome non si curarono di riconoscer Dio: abbandonogli Iddio a un reprobo senso, onde facciano cosa non convenevoli,

Y como á ellos no les pareció tener á Dios en su noticia, Dios los entregó á una mente depravada, para hacer lo que no conviene,

And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

Even as they refused to have God in their knowledge, God gave them up to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not fitting;

Ricolmi di ogni iniquità, di malizia, di fornicazione, di avarizia, di malvagità, pieni di invidia, di omicidio, di discordia, di frode, di malignità, susurroni,

Estando atestados de toda iniquidad, de fornicación, de malicia, de avaricia, de maldad; llenos de envidia, de homicidios, de contiendas, de engaños, de malignidades;

Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, malice; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil habits, secret slanderers,

Detrattori, nemici di Dio, oltraggiatori, superbi, millantatori, inventori di male cose, disubbidienti ai genitori,

Murmuradores, detractores, aborrecedores de Dios, injuriosos, soberbios, altivos, inventores de males, desobedientes á los padres,

Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,

backbiters, hateful to God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,

Stolti, disordinati, senza amore, senza legge, senza compassione.

Necios, desleales, sin afecto natural, implacables, sin misericordia:

Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, unforgiving, unmerciful;

I quali conosciuta avendo la giustizia di Dio, non intesero, come chi fa tali cose, è degno di morte: né solamente chi le fa, ma anche chi approva coloro, che le fanno. Riprende i Giudei, i quali per cagione della legge, che ad essi era stata data, condannavano i Gentili, mentre essi pure le stesse cose facevano. Dio renderà a ciascheduno secondo le opere, che avrà fatte, talmente che anche i Gentili, i quali col lume naturale osservano quel, che ordina la legge, sono da aversi per circoncisi, e saranno giudici di coloro, i quali della sola cognizione dilla legge, e della circoncisione gloriandosi, fanno il contrario della legge.

Que, habiendo entendido el juicio de Dios que los que hacen tales cosas son dignos de muerte, no sólo las hacen, mas aun consienten á los que las hacen.

Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

who, knowing the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but also approve of those who practice them.
