"Yo miré y había un caballo blanco. Su jinete sostenía un arco, y se le dio una corona. Él salió como un conquistador a fin de conquistar.

And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

Entonces otro caballo salió - rojo fuego. A su jinete se le dio permiso de quitar la paz de la tierra, para que su gente se mataran unos a otros. A este jinete se le dio una espada enorme.
Y salió otro caballo bermejo: y al que estaba sentado sobre él, fué dado poder de quitar la paz de la tierra, y que se maten unos á otros: y fuéle dada una grande espada.
And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

Cuando el Cordero abrió el tercer sello, escuché a la tercera criatura viviente decir: "¡Ven!" Yo vi un caballo negro, y su jinete sostenía un par de balanzas en sus manos.

And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.

Escuché lo que parecía ser una voz entre las cuatro criaturas vivientes decir: "Un litro de trigo por el pago de un día de trabajo, y tres litros de cebada por el pago de un día de trabajo. Pero no dañen el aceite y el vino."
Y oí una voz en medio de los cuatro animales, que decía: Dos libras de trigo por un denario, y seis libras de cebada por un denario: y no hagas daño al vino ni al aceite.
And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.
I heard a voice in the middle of the four living creatures saying, “A choenix of wheat for a denarius, and three choenix of barley for a denarius! Don’t damage the oil and the wine!”

And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.
And behold, a pale horse, and the name of he who sat on it was Death. Hades followed with him. Authority over one fourth of the earth, to kill with the sword, with famine, with death, and by the wild animals of the earth was given to him.

And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:

Ellos clamaron a una gran voz: "¿Cuánto tiempo, Gobernador sobre todo, santo y verdadero, hasta que Tú juzgues a esos que viven en la tierra, y hasta que Tú vengues nuestra sangre?"
Y clamaban en alta voz diciendo: ¿Hasta cuándo, Señor, santo y verdadero, no juzgas y vengas nuestra sangre de los que moran en la tierra?
And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
They cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, Master, the holy and true, until you judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?”
Entonces cada uno de ellos le fue dado una túnica blanca, y les dijeron a ellos que debían esperar un poco más hasta que el número completo de sus compañeros siervos y sus hermanos y hermanas fueran alcanzados, quienes iban a ser muertos, así como ellos habían sido muertos.
Y les fueron dadas sendas ropas blancas, y fuéles dicho que reposasen todavía un poco de tiempo, hasta que se completaran sus consiervos y sus hermanos, que también habían de ser muertos como ellos.
And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.
A long white robe was given to each of them. They were told that they should rest yet for a while, until their fellow servants and their brothers, who would also be killed even as they were, should complete their course.

And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
The stars of the sky fell to the earth, like a fig tree dropping its unripe figs when it is shaken by a great wind.
El cielo se desvaneció como un rollo que fue enrollado hacia arriba. Toda montaña e isla fue movida de su lugar.

And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

Entonces los reyes de la tierra y la gente importante, y los generales, los ricos, los poderosos, y todos los demás, esclavo y libre, se escondieron en cuevas y junto a las rocas de las montañas.

And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
The kings of the earth, the princes, the commanding officers, the rich, the strong, and every slave and free person, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains.
Ellos dijeron a las montañas y las rocas: "¡Caigan sobre nosotros! Escóndannos de la cara del que está sentado en el trono y del enojo del Cordero.
Y decían á los montes y á las peñas: Caed sobre nosotros, y escondednos de la cara de aquél que está sentado sobre el trono, y de la ira del Cordero:
And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

Pues el gran día de su ira ha llegado, y ¿quién es capaz de mantenerse en pie?"

For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
