Apocalipsis 2

All'Angelo della Chiesa Efesina scrivi: dice così quegli, che tiene nella sua destra le sette stelle, e cammina in mezzo a' sette candellieri d'oro:

ESCRIBE al ángel de la iglesia en EFESO: El que tiene las siete estrellas en su diestra, el cual anda en medio de los siete candeleros de oro, dice estas cosas:

Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;

“To the angel of the assembly in Ephesus write: “He who holds the seven stars in his right hand, he who walks among the seven golden lamp stands says these things:

So le opere tue, e le tue fatiche, e la tua pazienza, e come non puoi sopportare i cattivi: ed hai messo alla prova coloro, che dicon di essere Apostoli, e nol sono: e gli hai trovati bugiardi:

Yo sé tus obras, y tu trabajo y paciencia; y que tú no puedes sufrir los malos, y has probado á los que se dicen ser apóstoles, y no lo son, y los has hallado mentirosos;

I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:

“I know your works, and your toil and perseverance, and that you can’t tolerate evil men, and have tested those who call themselves apostles, and they are not, and found them false.

E se' paziente, ed hai patito pel nome mio, e non cedesti.

Y has sufrido, y has tenido paciencia, y has trabajado por mi nombre, y no has desfallecido.

And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name’s sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.

You have perseverance and have endured for my name’s sake, and have not grown weary.

Ma ho contro di te, che hai abbandonata la primiera tua carità.

Pero tengo contra ti que has dejado tu primer amor.

Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

But I have this against you, that you left your first love.

Ricordati pertanto, donde tu sii caduto; e fa' penitenza, e opera come prima. Altrimenti vengo a te, e tonò dal suo posto il tuo candeliere, se non farai penitenza.

Recuerda por tanto de dónde has caído, y arrepiéntete, y haz las primeras obras; pues si no, vendré presto á ti, y quitaré tu candelero de su lugar, si no te hubieres arrepentido.

Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

Remember therefore from where you have fallen, and repent and do the first works; or else I am coming to you swiftly, and will move your lamp stand out of its place, unless you repent.

Hai però questo di buono, che hai in odio le azioni de' Nicolaiti, le quali io pure ho in odio.

Mas tienes esto, que aborreces los hechos de los Nicolaítas; los cuales yo también aborrezco.

But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

But this you have, that you hate the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

Chi ha orecchio, oda quel, che lo Spirito dica alle Chiese: al vincente darò a mangiare dell'albero della vita, che è in mezzo al paradiso del mio Dio.

El que tiene oído, oiga lo que el Espíritu dice á las iglesias. Al que venciere, daré á comer del árbol de la vida, el cual está en medio del paraíso de Dios.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the Paradise of my God.

Ed all'Angelo della Chiesa di Smirne scrivi: così dice colui, che è il primo, e l'ultimo, che fu morto, e vive:

Y escribe al ángel de la iglesia en SMIRNA: El primero y postrero, que fué muerto, y vivió, dice estas cosas:

And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;

“To the angel of the assembly in Smyrna write: “The first and the last, who was dead, and has come to life says these things:

So la tua tribolazione, e la tua povertà, ma sei ricco: e se' bestemmiato da quelli, che si dicon Giudei, e noi sono, ma sono la sinagoga di satana.

Yo sé tus obras, y tu tribulación, y tu pobreza (pero tú eres rico), y la blasfemia de los que se dicen ser Judíos, y no lo son, mas son sinagoga de Satanás.

I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

“I know your works, oppression, and your poverty (but you are rich), and the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews, and they are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.

Non ti spaventare d'alcuna delle cose, che sei per patire. Ecco, che il diavolo è per cacciare in prigione alcuni di voi, perché siate provati: e sarete tribolati per dieci giorni. Sii fedele sino alla morte, e darotti la corona di vita.

No tengas ningún temor de las cosas que has de padecer. He aquí, el diablo ha de enviar algunos de vosotros á la cárcel, para que seáis probados, y tendréis tribulación de diez días. Sé fiel hasta la muerte, y yo te daré la corona de la vida.

Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

Don’t be afraid of the things which you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested; and you will have oppression for ten days. Be faithful to death, and I will give you the crown of life.

Chi ha orecchio, ascolti quel, che lo Spirito dica alle Chiese: cui sarà vincitore, non sarà offeso dalla morte seconda.

El que tiene oído, oiga lo que el Espíritu dice á las iglesias. El que venciere, no recibirá daño de la muerte segunda.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. He who overcomes won’t be harmed by the second death.

Ed all'Angelo della Chiesa di Pergamo scrivi: così dice colui, che tiene la spada a due tagli:

Y escribe al ángel de la iglesia en PÉRGAMO: El que tiene la espada aguda de dos filos, dice estas cosas:

And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;

“To the angel of the assembly in Pergamum write: “He who has the sharp two-edged sword says these things:

So, in qual luogo tu abiti, dove satana ha il trono: e ritieni il mio nome, e non hai negata la fede mia. Anche in que' cinque giorni, quando Antipa martire mio fedele fu ucciso tra di voi, dove abita satana.

Yo sé tus obras, y dónde moras, donde está la silla de Satanás; y retienes mi nombre, y no has negado mi fe, aun en los días en que fué Antipas mi testigo fiel, el cual ha sido muerto entre vosotros, donde Satanás mora.

I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan’s seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.

“I know your works and where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is. You hold firmly to my name, and didn’t deny my faith in the days of Antipas my witness, my faithful one, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells.

Ma ho contro di te alcune poche cose: attesoché hai costi, chi tiene la dottrina di Balaam, il quale ingegnava a Balac a mettere scandalo davanti a' figliuoli d'Israele, perché mangiassero, e fornicassero:

Pero tengo unas pocas cosas contra ti: porque tú tienes ahí los que tienen la doctrina de Balaam, el cual enseñaba á Balac á poner escándalo delante de los hijos de Israel, á comer de cosas sacrificadas á los ídolos, y á cometer fornicación.

But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.

But I have a few things against you, because you have there some who hold the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to throw a stumbling block before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit sexual immorality.

Così hai anche tu di quelli, che tengono la dottrina de' Nicolaiti.

Así también tú tienes á los que tienen la doctrina de los Nicolaítas, lo cual yo aborrezco.

So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate.

So also you likewise have some who hold to the teaching of the Nicolaitans.

Fa' parimente penitenza: altrimenti verrò tosto a te, e combatterò con essi colla spada della mia bocca.

Arrepiéntete, porque de otra manera vendré á ti presto, y pelearé contra ellos con la espada de mi boca.

Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

Repent therefore, or else I am coming to you quickly and I will make war against them with the sword of my mouth.

Chi ha orecchio, oda quel, che dica lo Spirito alle Chiese: a chi sarà vincitore, darò la manna nascosta, e darogli un sassolino bianco: e nel sassolino scritto un nome nuovo non saputo da nissuno, fuorché da chi lo riceve.

El que tiene oído, oiga lo que el Espíritu dice á las iglesias. Al que venciere, daré á comer del maná escondido, y le daré una piedrecita blanca, y en la piedrecita un nombre nuevo escrito, el cual ninguno conoce sino aquel que lo recibe.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. To him who overcomes, to him I will give of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows but he who receives it.

Ed all'Angelo della Chiesa di Tiatira scrivi: così dice il Figliuolo di Dio, che ha gli occhi come fuoco fiammante, e i piedi del quale sono simili all'oricalco:

Y escribe al ángel de la iglesia en TIATIRA: El Hijo de Dios, que tiene sus ojos como llama de fuego, y sus pies semejantes al latón fino, dice estas cosas:

And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;

“To the angel of the assembly in Thyatira write: “The Son of God, who has his eyes like a flame of fire, and his feet are like burnished brass, says these things:

So le opere tue, e la fede, e la carità, e i servigi, e la pazienza, e le ultime opere tue in maggior numero, che le prime.

Yo he conocido tus obras, y caridad, y servicio, y fe, y tu paciencia, y que tus obras postreras son más que las primeras.

I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.

“I know your works, your love, faith, service, patient endurance, and that your last works are more than the first.

Ma ho contro di te poche cose: attesoché permetti alla donna Jazabele, che dice d'essere profetessa, d'insegnare, e sedurre i miei servi, perché cadano in fornicazione, e mangino cose immolate agli idoli.

Mas tengo unas pocas cosas contra ti: porque permites aquella mujer Jezabel (que se dice profetisa) enseñar, y engañar á mis siervos, á fornicar, y á comer cosas ofrecidas á los ídolos.

Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

But I have this against you, that you tolerate your woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess. She teaches and seduces my servants to commit sexual immorality and to eat things sacrificed to idols.

E ho dato a lei tempo di far penitenza: e non vuoi far penitenza della sua fornicazione.

Y le he dado tiempo para que se arrepienta de la fornicación; y no se ha arrepentido.

And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

I gave her time to repent, but she refuses to repent of her sexual immorality.

Ecco, che io la stenderò in un letto: e quelli, che fanno con essa adulterio, saranno in grandissima tribolazione, se non faran penitenza dell'opere loro:

He aquí, yo la echo en cama, y á los que adulteran con ella, en muy grande tribulación, si no se arrepintieren de sus obras:

Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

Behold, I will throw her and those who commit adultery with her into a bed of great oppression, unless they repent of her works.

Ed i figliuoli di lei ucciderò colla morte, e le Chiese tutte sapranno, che io sono scrutatore degli affetti del cuore: e darò a ciascheduno di voi secondo le sue azioni. Ed a voi io dico,

Y mataré á sus hijos con muerte; y todas las iglesias sabrán que yo soy el que escudriño los riñones y los corazones: y daré á cada uno de vosotros según sus obras.

And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

I will kill her children with Death, and all the assemblies will know that I am he who searches the minds and hearts. I will give to each one of you according to your deeds.

E a tutti gli altri, che siete in Tiatira: quanti sono alieni da tal dottrina, e non hanno approvate le profondità, come le chiaman, di satana, non porrò sopra di voi altro peso:

Pero yo digo á vosotros, y á los demás que estáis en Tiatira, cualesquiera que no tienen esta doctrina, y que no han conocido las profundidades de Satanás, como dicen: Yo no enviaré sobre vosotros otra carga.

But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.

But to you I say, to the rest who are in Thyatira—as many as don’t have this teaching, who don’t know what some call ‘the deep things of Satan’—to you I say, I am not putting any other burden on you.

Ritenete però quello, che avete, sino a tanto ch'io venga.

Empero la que tenéis, tenedla hasta que yo venga.

But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.

Nevertheless, hold that which you have firmly until I come.

E chi sarà vincitore, e praticherà sino alla fine l'opere mie, darogli podestà sopra le nazioni,

Y al que hubiere vencido, y hubiere guardado mis obras hasta el fin, yo le daré potestad sobre las gentes;

And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

He who overcomes, and he who keeps my works to the end, to him I will give authority over the nations.

E governeralle con verga di ferro, e saranno stritolate come vasi di terra,

Y las regirá con vara de hierro, y serán quebrantados como vaso de alfarero, como también yo he recibido de mi Padre:

And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.

He will rule them with a rod of iron, shattering them like clay pots, as I also have received of my Father;

Come anch'io ottenni dal Padre mio: e darò a lui la stella del mattino,

Y le daré la estrella de la mañana.

And I will give him the morning star.

and I will give him the morning star.

Chi ha orecchio, oda quello, che lo Spirito dica alle Chiese. E' ordinato a Giovanni di scrivere alle Chiese di Sardi, di Filadelfia, e di Laodicea: minaccia gli erranti, e gli esorta a penitenza; altri loda, e promette il premio a chi vincerà: dice, che Dio batte alla porta per entrare nella casa di colui, che aprirà.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.
