Apocalipsis 1

E veduto ch'io l'ebbi, caddi a' suoi piedi come morto. Ed ei pose la sua destra mano sopra di me, dicendo: non temere: io sono il primo, e l'ultimo.

Y cuando yo le vi, caí como muerto á sus pies. Y él puso su diestra sobre mí, diciéndome: No temas: yo soy el primero y el último;

And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:
