Salmo di Davidde, quando la terra di lui fu ristorata. IL Signore è nel suo regno: esulti la terra, le molte isole si rallegrino.

CANTAD á Jehová canción nueva; cantad á Jehová, toda la tierra.

O sing unto the LORD a new song: sing unto the LORD, all the earth.

Sing to the LORD a new song! Sing to the LORD, all the earth.

Intorno a lui una nube caliginosa: reggono il trono di lui la giustizia, e il giudicio.

Cantad á Jehová, bendecid su nombre: anunciad de día en día su salud.

Sing unto the LORD, bless his name; shew forth his salvation from day to day.

Sing to the LORD! Bless his name! Proclaim his salvation from day to day!

Precederà innanzi a lui il fuoco, e abbrugerà all'intorno tutti i suoi nemici.

Contad entre las gentes su gloria, en todos los pueblos sus maravillas.

Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people.

Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous works among all the peoples.

Lampeggiarono le sue folgora per tutto il giro della terra: le vide, e fa scossa la terra.

Porque grande es Jehová, y digno de suprema alabanza; terrible sobre todos los dioses.

For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods.

Porque todos los dioses de los pueblos son ídolos: mas Jehová hizo los cielos.

Alabanza y magnificencia delante de él: fortaleza y gloria en su santuario.

Honour and majesty are before him: strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.

Dad á Jehová, oh familias de los pueblos, dad á Jehová la gloria y la fortaleza.

Give unto the LORD, O ye kindreds of the people, give unto the LORD glory and strength.

Encorvaos á Jehová en la hermosura de su santuario: temed delante de él, toda la tierra.

O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness: fear before him, all the earth.

Decid en las gentes: Jehová reinó, también afirmó el mundo, no será conmovido: juzgará á los pueblos en justicia.

Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously.

Say among the nations, “The LORD reigns.” The world is also established. It can’t be moved. He will judge the peoples with equity.

Alégrense los cielos, y gócese la tierra: brame la mar y su plenitud.

Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof.

Regocíjese el campo, y todo lo que en él está: entonces todos los árboles del bosque rebosarán de contento,

Delante de Jehová que vino: porque vino á juzgar la tierra. Juzgará al mundo con justicia, y á los pueblos con su verdad.

Before the LORD: for he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth: he shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth.

monti come cera si liquefecero alla presenza del Signore: alla presenza del Signore si liquefece tutta la terra.

Sian confusi tutti coloro, che adorano scolpite immagini, e de' lor simolacri si gloriano.

Adoratelo voi tutti o Angeli di lui: udì Sionne, e v'ebbe allegrezza. Ed esultarono le figliuole di Giuda per ragione de' tuoi giudizj, o Signore.

Imperocché tu il Signore altissimo sopra tutta la terra: tu se' oltre modo esaltato sopra tutti gli dei.

Voi che amate il Signore, odiate il male: il Signore è custode dell'anime de' suoi santi, ei le libererà dalle mani del peccatore.

E nata pel giusto la luce, la letizia per que', che hanno il cuore retto.

Rallegratevi nel Signore, o giusti e celebrate la memoria della sua santità. Invita il mondo tutto a dar lode a Cristo liberatore degli uomini, e Giudice di tutti.
