1Der HERR ist König, mit Majestät bekleidet; der HERR ist angetan, ist umgürtet mit Macht; auch der Weltkreis steht fest und wird nicht wanken.

2Dein Thron steht von jeher fest; du bist von Ewigkeit her!

3Die Wasserströme brausen, o HERR, die Wasserströme brausen stark, die Wasserströme schwellen mächtig an;

4aber mächtiger als das Brausen großer Wasser, mächtiger als die Meereswellen ist der HERR in der Höhe!

5Deine Zeugnisse sind sehr zuverlässig; Heiligkeit ist die Zierde deines Hauses, o HERR, für alle Zeiten.

4Jehová en las alturas es más poderoso que el estruendo de las muchas aguas, más que las recias ondas de la mar.

1The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.

2Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.

3The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.

4The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.

5Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O LORD, for ever.
