1L'Éternel règne, revêtu de majesté ; la force est son vêtement, sa ceinture : aussi le monde est ferme et ne chancelle pas.

2Ton trône est ferme dès les anciens jours, tu es depuis l'éternité.

3Les flots élèvent, ô Éternel, les flots élèvent leur voix, les flots élèvent leur murmure.

4Plus que les voix des eaux immenses, que les vagues magnifiques de la mer, l'Éternel est magnifique dans les hautes régions.

5Tes témoignages sont parfaitement sûrs. La sainteté sied à ta maison, ô Éternel, pour la durée des temps.

1JEHOVÁ reina, vistióse de magnificencia, vistióse Jehová, ciñóse de fortaleza; afirmó también el mundo, que no se moverá.

2Firme es tu trono desde entonces: tú eres eternalmente.

3Alzaron los ríos, oh Jehová, alzaron los ríos su sonido; alzaron los ríos sus ondas.

4Jehová en las alturas es más poderoso que el estruendo de las muchas aguas, más que las recias ondas de la mar.

5Tus testimonios son muy firmes: la santidad conviene á tu casa, oh Jehová, por los siglos y para siempre.

1The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.

2Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.

3The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.

4The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.

5Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O LORD, for ever.

1The LORD reigns! He is clothed with majesty! The LORD is armed with strength. The world also is established. It can’t be moved.

2Your throne is established from long ago. You are from everlasting.

3The floods have lifted up, LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice. The floods lift up their waves.

4Above the voices of many waters, the mighty breakers of the sea, the LORD on high is mighty.

5Your statutes stand firm. Holiness adorns your house, LORD, forever more.
