1Der Herr ist König, angetan mit Hoheit.Mit Macht bekleidet sei der Herr, gegürtet!Dann steht die Welt da ohne Wanken.

2Dein Thron steht wieder da wie einst.Du bist dann wie vor alters.

3Erheben Ströme, Herr, erheben Ströme ihr Gebraus,erheben Ströme ihr Getöse,

4viel stärker noch als vieler Wasser Tosen ist die Meeresbrandung;doch mächtiger der Herr in Himmelshöhen!

5So bleibt, was Du verordnest, gültig.Wir wollen in Dein heilig Haus noch lange wallen, Herr.

1JEHOVÁ reina, vistióse de magnificencia, vistióse Jehová, ciñóse de fortaleza; afirmó también el mundo, que no se moverá.

2Firme es tu trono desde entonces: tú eres eternalmente.

3Alzaron los ríos, oh Jehová, alzaron los ríos su sonido; alzaron los ríos sus ondas.

4Jehová en las alturas es más poderoso que el estruendo de las muchas aguas, más que las recias ondas de la mar.

5Tus testimonios son muy firmes: la santidad conviene á tu casa, oh Jehová, por los siglos y para siempre.

1The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.

2Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.

3The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.

4The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.

5Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O LORD, for ever.

4Above the voices of many waters, the mighty breakers of the sea, the LORD on high is mighty.
