1Von den Kindern Korahs. Ein Psalmlied. Er hat sie fest gegründet auf heiligen Bergen;
2der HERR liebt die Tore Zions mehr als alle Wohnungen Jakobs.
3Herrliche Dinge sind von dir zu melden, du Stadt Gottes! (Pause.)
4Ich nenne Rahab und Babel denen, die mich kennen; siehe, Philistäa und Tyrus und das Mohrenland: «Dieser ist dort geboren!»
5Aber von Zion wird man sagen: «Mann für Mann ist in ihr geboren, und der Höchste selbst wird sie befestigen!»
6Der HERR wird zählen, wenn er die Völker verzeichnet: «Dieser ist dort geboren.» (Pause.)
7Und man singt und spielt: Alle meine Quellen sind in dir!

4Yo me acordaré de Rahab y de Babilonia entre los que me conocen: he aquí Palestina, y Tiro, con Etiopía: éste nació allá.
5Y de Sión se dirá: Este y aquél han nacido en ella; y fortificarála el mismo Altísimo.
6Jehová contará cuando se escribieren los pueblos: Este nació allí. (Selah.)
7Y cantores y tañedores en ella dirán: Todas mis fuentes estarán en ti.

1His foundation is in the holy mountains.
2The LORD loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.
3Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city of God. Selah.
4I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon to them that know me: behold Philistia, and Tyre, with Ethiopia; this man was born there.
5And of Zion it shall be said, This and that man was born in her: and the highest himself shall establish her.
6The LORD shall count, when he writeth up the people, that this man was born there. Selah.
7As well the singers as the players on instruments shall be there: all my springs are in thee.
