1Ein Psalm Asaphs. Gott steht in der Gottesversammlung, inmitten der Götter richtet er:
2«Wie lange wollt ihr ungerecht richten und die Person des Schuldigen ansehen? (Pause.)
3Schafft dem Geringen und Verwaisten Recht, rechtfertigt den Elenden und Armen!
4Lasset den Geringen und Dürftigen frei, errettet ihn aus der Hand der Gottlosen!»
5Aber sie wollen nichts merken und nichts verstehen, sondern wandeln in der Finsternis; es wanken alle Stützen des Landes!
6Ich habe gesagt: «Ihr seid Götter und allzumal Kinder des Höchsten;
7dennoch sollt ihr sterben wie Menschen und fallen wie einer der Fürsten!»
8Mache dich auf, o Gott, richte die Erde; denn du bist Erbherr über alle Nationen!

2¿Hasta cuándo juzgaréis injustamente, y aceptaréis las personas de los impíos? (Selah.)
3Defended al pobre y al huérfano: haced justicia al afligido y al menesteroso.
4Librad al afligido y al necesitado: libradlo de mano de los impíos.
5No saben, no entienden, andan en tinieblas: vacilan todos los cimientos de la tierra.
6Yo dije: Vosotros sois dioses, é hijos todos vosotros del Altísimo.
7Empero como hombres moriréis, y caeréis como cualquiera de los tiranos.
8Levántate, oh Dios, juzga la tierra: porque tú heredarás en todas las gentes.

1God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.
2How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.
3Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.
4Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.
5They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.
6I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
7But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.
8Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.
World English Bible
1God presides in the great assembly. He judges among the gods.
2“How long will you judge unjustly, and show partiality to the wicked?” Selah.
3“Defend the weak, the poor, and the fatherless. Maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed.
4Rescue the weak and needy. Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked.”
5They don’t know, neither do they understand. They walk back and forth in darkness. All the foundations of the earth are shaken.
6I said, “You are gods, all of you are sons of the Most High.
7Nevertheless you shall die like men, and fall like one of the rulers.”
8Arise, God, judge the earth, for you inherit all of the nations.
