O LORD my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me:
LORD, my God, I take refuge in you. Save me from all those who pursue me, and deliver me,
Si no, ellos me destrozarán como un león, desgarrándome en pedazos, sin nadie más capaz de llevarme a seguridad.
No sea que arrebate mi alma, cual león que despedaza, sin que haya quien libre.
Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.

SEÑOR, mi Dios, yo nunca hice lo que mis enemigos dicen que hice; no hay injusticia en mis manos.
Jehová Dios mío, si yo he hecho esto, si hay en mis manos iniquidad;
O LORD my God, if I have done this; if there be iniquity in my hands;

Nunca he hecho mal a nadie que está en paz conmigo, o sin sentido lastimado a cualquiera que está en mi contra.
Si dí mal pago al pacífico conmigo, (hasta he libertado al que sin causa era mi enemigo;)
If I have rewarded evil unto him that was at peace with me; (yea, I have delivered him that without cause is mine enemy:)
if I have rewarded evil to him who was at peace with me (yes, I have plundered him who without cause was my adversary),
Si no estoy diciendo la verdad, entonces deja que mi enemigo persiga mi vida y la tome; déjalo pisotear mi cuerpo viviente en el suelo y que me deje derribado deshonrado en el polvo.
Persiga el enemigo mi alma, y alcáncela; y pise en tierra mi vida, y mi honra ponga en el polvo. (Selah.)

Arise, O LORD, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded.

Los países están reunidos en asamblea alrededor de Tí; toma una vez más el lugar que te corresponde sobre ellos.
Y te rodeará concurso de pueblo; por cuyo amor vuélvete luego á levantar en alto.
So shall the congregation of the people compass thee about: for their sakes therefore return thou on high.
Let the congregation of the peoples surround you. Rule over them on high.
SEÑOR, juzga las naciones; reinvindícame, SEÑOR, porque yo soy recto e inocente, oh Altísimo.
Jehová juzgará los pueblos: júzgame, oh Jehová, conforme á mi justicia y conforme á mi integridad.
The LORD shall judge the people: judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me.

Que las obras malignas de los malvados lleguen a un fin, pero establece las personas rectas, Dios recto, Tú, quien examinas corazones y mentes.
Consúmase ahora la malicia de los inicuos, y establece al justo; pues el Dios justo prueba los corazones y los riñones.
Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.

Mi escudo viene de Dios, aquel que salva al íntegro de corazón.

My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart.
My shield is with God, who saves the upright in heart.
Dios un juez recto, un Dios que se indigna cada día.
Dios es el que juzga al justo: y Dios está airado todos los días contra el impío.
God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.
God is a righteous judge, yes, a God who has indignation every day.
Si una persona no se arrepiente, Dios afilará su espada y preparará su arco para la batalla.
Si no se convirtiere, él afilará su espada: armado tiene ya su arco, y lo ha preparado.
If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready.
If a man doesn’t repent, he will sharpen his sword; he has bent and strung his bow.
Él se prepara para usar armas en contra de él; Él hace sus flechas llameantes.

Piensa sobre aquel que está preñado con maldad, que concibe planes destructivos, que da a luz mentiras dañinas.
He aquí ha tenido parto de iniquidad: concibió trabajo, y parió mentira.
Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.
Behold, he travails with iniquity. Yes, he has conceived mischief, and brought out falsehood.
Él cava un pozo y lo ahueca y entonces cae al hoyo que él ha hecho.
Pozo ha cavado, y ahondádolo; y en la fosa que hizo caerá.
He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.
He has dug a hole, and has fallen into the pit which he made.
Sus propios planes destructivos regresan a su propia cabeza, pues su violencia se cae en su propia cabeza.
Su trabajo se tornará sobre su cabeza, y su agravio descenderá sobre su mollera.
His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate.
The trouble he causes shall return to his own head. His violence shall come down on the crown of his own head.
Yo daré gracias al SEÑOR por su justicia; Yo cantaré alabanza al SEÑOR, el Altísimo.
Alabaré yo á Jehová conforme á su justicia, y cantaré al nombre de Jehová el Altísimo.
I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high.
