Él hizo retroceder a Sus adversarios; Él los llevó a la vergüenza eterna.

E hirió á sus enemigos en las partes posteriores: dióles perpetua afrenta.

And he smote his enemies in the hinder parts: he put them to a perpetual reproach.

He struck his adversaries backward. He put them to a perpetual reproach.
