Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.
We give thanks to you, God. We give thanks, for your Name is near. Men tell about your wondrous works.
En el tiempo señalado Yo juzgaré justamente.
Cuando yo tuviere tiempo, yo juzgaré rectamente.
When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.
When I choose the appointed time, I will judge blamelessly.
Aunque la tierra y todos los habitantes tiemblen de miedo, Yo hago firme los pilares de la tierra."
Arruinábase la tierra y sus moradores: yo sostengo sus columnas. (Selah.)

Yo dije a los arrogantes: "No sean arrogantes," y a los malvados: "No levanten el cuerno.
Dije á los insensatos: No os infatuéis; y á los impíos: No levantéis el cuerno:
I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:
I said to the arrogant, “Don’t boast!” I said to the wicked, “Don’t lift up the horn.
No levanten el cuerno de ustedes a las alturas; no hablen con un cuello insolente."
No levantéis en alto vuestro cuerno; no habléis con cerviz erguida.
Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.
Don’t lift up your horn on high. Don’t speak with a stiff neck.”
No es ni del este ni del oeste, y no es del desierto de donde viene el levantamiento.
Porque ni de oriente, ni de occidente, ni del desierto viene el ensalzamiento.
For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.
For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation.
Pero Dios es el juez; Él derriba y Él levanta.
Mas Dios es el juez: á éste abate, y á aquél ensalza.
But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

Porque el SEÑOR sostiene en Su mano una taza de vino fermentado, el cual es mezclado con especias, y lo sirve. Ciertamente todos los malvados de la tierra lo beberán hasta la última gota.
Porque el cáliz está en la mano de Jehová, y el vino es tinto, lleno de mistura; y él derrama del mismo: ciertamente sus heces chuparán y beberán todos los impíos de la tierra.
For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.
For in the LORD’s hand there is a cup, full of foaming wine mixed with spices. He pours it out. Indeed the wicked of the earth drink and drink it to its very dregs.

Él dice: "Yo cortaré todos los cuernos de los malvados, mas los cuernos de los justos serán levantados."
Y quebraré todos los cuernos de los pecadores: los cuernos del justo serán ensalzados.
All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
I will cut off all the horns of the wicked, but the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.
