Quando eu escolher o tempo determinado, julgarei com retidão.
Cuando yo tuviere tiempo, yo juzgaré rectamente.
When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.

Dije á los insensatos: No os infatuéis; y á los impíos: No levantéis el cuerno:

I said to the arrogant, “Don’t boast!” I said to the wicked, “Don’t lift up the horn.
Não levantem o seu chifre para o alto. Não falem com dura cerviz.”
No levantéis en alto vuestro cuerno; no habléis con cerviz erguida.
Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.
Don’t lift up your horn on high. Don’t speak with a stiff neck.”
Pois nem do oriente, nem do ocidente, nem mesmo do sul, vem a exaltação.
Porque ni de oriente, ni de occidente, ni del desierto viene el ensalzamiento.
For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.
For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation.
Mas Deus é o juiz. Ele abate a um, e exalta a outro.

Pois na mão do SENHOR há um cálice, cheio de vinho espumante misturado com especiarias. Ele o derrama. De fato, os ímpios da terra o bebem, e o bebem até as suas borras.
Porque el cáliz está en la mano de Jehová, y el vino es tinto, lleno de mistura; y él derrama del mismo: ciertamente sus heces chuparán y beberán todos los impíos de la tierra.
For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.

Mas eu declararei isso para sempre: Cantarei louvores ao Deus de Jacó.

But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

Cortarei todos os chifres dos ímpios, mas os chifres dos justos serão exaltados.
Y quebraré todos los cuernos de los pecadores: los cuernos del justo serán ensalzados.
All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
