Septante en francais
1Un Psaume de méditation d'Asaph. Pourquoi, mon Dieu, m'as-tu repoussé pour toujours ? Pourquoi ta colère est-elle excitée contre les brebis de tes pâturages ?
2Souviens-toi du troupeau que, dès le commencement, tu as acquis ; tu as racheté le rameau de ton héritage, cette montagne de Sion, où tu as dressé ton tabernacle.
3Lève les mains pour mettre fin à leur orgueil ; que de mal a fait l'ennemi en tes lieux saints !
4Comme ceux qui te haïssent se sont glorifiés au milieu de tes fêtes ! Ils ont posé leurs étendards, comme des signaux,
5A la porte d'en haut, sans savoir ce qu'ils faisaient. Comme dans une forêt, avec des haches,
6Ils ont frappé les battants de cette porte au même endroit ; ils l'ont brisée avec la hache et le levier.
7Ils ont brûlé par le feu ton sanctuaire sur la terre ; ils ont souillé le tabernacle de ton nom.
8Ils ont dit en leur cœur, et leur race, réunie au même lieu, a dit : Allons, abolissons en cette terre les fêtes du Seigneur !
9Nous ne voyons plus nos signes ; il n'est plus de prophètes, et l'on ne nous reconnaîtra pas.
10Jusques à quand, mon Dieu, l'ennemi t'outragera-t-il ? L'ennemi provoquera-t-il toujours ton nom ?
11Pourquoi as-tu détourné ta main, ta droite du milieu de ton sein ? Est-ce pour toujours ?
12Cependant Dieu, notre roi avant les siècles, a opéré notre salut au milieu de la terre.
13Par ta puissance tu as dompté la mer ; tu as brisé sur les eaux la tête des dragons.
14Tu as brisé les têtes du dragon ; tu l'as donné pour nourriture aux peuples éthiopiens.
15Tu as ouvert les fontaines et les torrents ; tu as desséché les fleuves d'Etham.
16Le jour est à toi, la nuit est à toi, tu as préparé la lune et le soleil.
17Tu as fait toutes les limites de la terre ; tu as fait l'été et le printemps.
18Souviens-toi de ta création ; l'ennemi a outragé le Seigneur, et un peuple insensé a provoqué son nom.
19Ne livre point aux bêtes fauves l'âme qui te loue, et n'oublie pas pour toujours l'âme de tes pauvres.
20Considère ton alliance ; car les lieux obscurs de la terre sont remplis de maisons d'iniquités.
21Que l'affligé, que l'humble ne soient point rejetés ; le pauvre et le nécessiteux loueront ton nom.
22Lève-toi, ô Dieu, rends tes jugements ; souviens-toi des outrages que te prodigue l'insensé tout le jour.
23N'oublie point la voix de tes suppliants, et que l'orgueil de ceux qui te haïssent monte toujours jusqu'à toi.

1Salmo de Asaph. CIERTAMENTE bueno es Dios á Israel, á los limpios de corazón.
2Mas yo, casi se deslizaron mis pies; por poco resbalaron mis pasos.
3Porque tuve envidia de los insensatos, viendo la prosperidad de los impíos.
4Porque no hay ataduras para su muerte; antes su fortaleza está entera.
5No están ellos en el trabajo humano; ni son azotados con los otros hombres.
6Por tanto soberbia los corona: cúbrense de vestido de violencia.
7Sus ojos están salidos de gruesos: logran con creces los antojos del corazón.
8Soltáronse, y hablan con maldad de hacer violencia; hablan con altanería.
9Ponen en el cielo su boca, y su lengua pasea la tierra.
10Por eso su pueblo vuelve aquí, y aguas de lleno les son exprimidas.
11Y dicen: ¿Cómo sabe Dios? ¿y hay conocimiento en lo alto?
12He aquí estos impíos, sin ser turbados del mundo, alcanzaron riquezas.
13Verdaderamente en vano he limpiado mi corazón, y lavado mis manos en inocencia;
14Pues he sido azotado todo el día, y empezaba mi castigo por las mañanas.
15Si dijera yo, Discurriré de esa suerte; he aquí habría negado la nación de tus hijos:
16Pensaré pues para saber esto: es á mis ojos duro trabajo,
17Hasta que venido al santuario de Dios, entenderé la postrimería de ellos.
18Ciertamente los has puesto en deslizaderos; en asolamientos los harás caer.
19¡Cómo han sido asolados! ¡cuán en un punto! Acabáronse, fenecieron con turbaciones.
20Como sueño del que despierta, así, Señor, cuando despertares, menospreciarás sus apariencias.
21Desazonóse á la verdad mi corazón, y en mis riñones sentía punzadas.
22Mas yo era ignorante, y no entendía: era como una bestia acerca de ti.
23Con todo, yo siempre estuve contigo: trabaste de mi mano derecha.
24Hasme guiado según tu consejo, y después me recibirás en gloria.
25¿A quién tengo yo en los cielos? Y fuera de ti nada deseo en la tierra.
26Mi carne y mi corazón desfallecen: mas la roca de mi corazón y mi porción es Dios para siempre.
27Porque he aquí, los que se alejan de ti perecerán: tú cortarás á todo aquel que fornicando, de ti se aparta.
28Y en cuanto á mí, el acercarme á Dios es el bien: he puesto en el Señor Jehová mi esperanza, para contar todas tus obras.

1Truly God is good to Israel, even to such as are of a clean heart.
2But as for me, my feet were almost gone; my steps had well nigh slipped.
3For I was envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
4For there are no bands in their death: but their strength is firm.
5They are not in trouble as other men; neither are they plagued like other men.
6Therefore pride compasseth them about as a chain; violence covereth them as a garment.
7Their eyes stand out with fatness: they have more than heart could wish.
8They are corrupt, and speak wickedly concerning oppression: they speak loftily.
9They set their mouth against the heavens, and their tongue walketh through the earth.
10Therefore his people return hither: and waters of a full cup are wrung out to them.
11And they say, How doth God know? and is there knowledge in the most High?
12Behold, these are the ungodly, who prosper in the world; they increase in riches.
13Verily I have cleansed my heart in vain, and washed my hands in innocency.
14For all the day long have I been plagued, and chastened every morning.
15If I say, I will speak thus; behold, I should offend against the generation of thy children.
16When I thought to know this, it was too painful for me;
17Until I went into the sanctuary of God; then understood I their end.
18Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction.
19How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors.
20As a dream when one awaketh; so, O Lord, when thou awakest, thou shalt despise their image.
21Thus my heart was grieved, and I was pricked in my reins.
22So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee.
23Nevertheless I am continually with thee: thou hast holden me by my right hand.
24Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.
25Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee.
26My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.
27For, lo, they that are far from thee shall perish: thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from thee.
28But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all thy works.

1Surely God is good to Israel, to those who are pure in heart.
2But as for me, my feet were almost gone. My steps had nearly slipped.
3For I was envious of the arrogant, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
4For there are no struggles in their death, but their strength is firm.
5They are free from burdens of men, neither are they plagued like other men.
6Therefore pride is like a chain around their neck. Violence covers them like a garment.
7Their eyes bulge with fat. Their minds pass the limits of conceit.
8They scoff and speak with malice. In arrogance, they threaten oppression.
9They have set their mouth in the heavens. Their tongue walks through the earth.
10Therefore their people return to them, and they drink up waters of abundance.
11They say, “How does God know? Is there knowledge in the Most High?”
12Behold, these are the wicked. Being always at ease, they increase in riches.
13Surely I have cleansed my heart in vain, and washed my hands in innocence,
14For all day long I have been plagued, and punished every morning.
15If I had said, “I will speak thus”, behold, I would have betrayed the generation of your children.
16When I tried to understand this, it was too painful for me—
17until I entered God’s sanctuary, and considered their latter end.
18Surely you set them in slippery places. You throw them down to destruction.
19How they are suddenly destroyed! They are completely swept away with terrors.
20As a dream when one wakes up, so, Lord, when you awake, you will despise their fantasies.
21For my soul was grieved. I was embittered in my heart.
22I was so senseless and ignorant. I was a brute beast before you.
23Nevertheless, I am continually with you. You have held my right hand.
24You will guide me with your counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.
25Whom do I have in heaven? There is no one on earth whom I desire besides you.
26My flesh and my heart fails, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
27For, behold, those who are far from you shall perish. You have destroyed all those who are unfaithful to you.
28But it is good for me to come close to God. I have made the Lord GOD my refuge, that I may tell of all your works.
