Nova Bíblia Viva
1Ouça-me ó Deus, quando eu contar os meus problemas! Proteja a minha vida dos planos ameaçadores de meus inimigos.
2Defenda-me da conspiração dos perversos e do tumulto dos malfeitores.
3Suas línguas são afiadas como espadas. Eles atiram contra mim palavras agudas como flechas envenenadas.
4Querem me destruir à traição; atacam o justo de repente e não têm medo de ser castigados.
5Eles animam uns aos outros a fazerem coisas malignas. Fazem reuniões secretas para preparar suas armadilhas, pensando: “Aqui ninguém nos achará!”
6Procuram oportunidades e maneiras de fazer o mal. Passam longas horas planejando e descobrindo maldades no fundo de seus corações.
7Mas Deus mesmo derrubará essa gente com suas flechas. De repente eles cairão por terra, mortalmente feridos.
8Tropeçarão e cairão pelas próprias palavras; seus planos virarão contra eles. Todos se afastarão deles, vendo o seu fim.
9Quando isso acontecer, todos os homens temerão a Deus e reconhecerão como ele é grande e poderoso; entenderão e contarão uns aos outros as suas maravilhas.
10Os justos se alegrarão no Senhor e nele buscarão refúgio. Quem anda pelos retos caminhos de Deus vibrará de alegria.

1Al Músico principal: Salmo de David. ESCUCHA, oh Dios, mi voz en mi oración: guarda mi vida del miedo del enemigo.
2Escóndeme del secreto consejo de los malignos; de la conspiración de los que obran iniquidad:
3Que amolaron su lengua como cuchillo, y armaron por su saeta palabra amarga;
4Para asaetear á escondidas al íntegro: de improviso lo asaetean, y no temen.
5Obstinados en su inicuo designio, tratan de esconder los lazos, y dicen: ¿Quién los ha de ver?
6Inquieren iniquidades, hacen una investigación exacta; y el íntimo pensamiento de cada uno de ellos, así como el corazón, es profundo.
7Mas Dios los herirá con saeta; de repente serán sus plagas.
8Y harán caer sobre sí sus mismas lenguas: se espantarán todos los que los vieren.
9Y temerán todos los hombres, y anunciarán la obra de Dios, y entenderán su hecho.
10Alegraráse el justo en Jehová, y confiaráse en él; y se gloriarán todos los rectos de corazón.

1Hear my voice, O God, in my prayer: preserve my life from fear of the enemy.
2Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:
3Who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words:
4That they may shoot in secret at the perfect: suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.
5They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them?
6They search out iniquities; they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep.
7But God shall shoot at them with an arrow; suddenly shall they be wounded.
8So they shall make their own tongue to fall upon themselves: all that see them shall flee away.
9And all men shall fear, and shall declare the work of God; for they shall wisely consider of his doing.
10The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall trust in him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.
World English Bible
1Hear my voice, God, in my complaint. Preserve my life from fear of the enemy.
2Hide me from the conspiracy of the wicked, from the noisy crowd of the ones doing evil;
3who sharpen their tongue like a sword, and aim their arrows, deadly words,
4to shoot innocent men from ambushes. They shoot at him suddenly and fearlessly.
5They encourage themselves in evil plans. They talk about laying snares secretly. They say, “Who will see them?”
6They plot injustice, saying, “We have made a perfect plan!” Surely man’s mind and heart are cunning.
7But God will shoot at them. They will be suddenly struck down with an arrow.
8Their own tongues shall ruin them. All who see them will shake their heads.
9All mankind shall be afraid. They shall declare the work of God, and shall wisely ponder what he has done.
10The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall take refuge in him. All the upright in heart shall praise him!
