Al Músico principal: Salmo de David. ESCUCHA, oh Dios, mi voz en mi oración: guarda mi vida del miedo del enemigo.
Hear my voice, O God, in my prayer: preserve my life from fear of the enemy.
Hear my voice, God, in my complaint. Preserve my life from fear of the enemy.
Esaudisci, o Dio, la mia orazione: verranno a te tutti gli uomini.
Escóndeme del secreto consejo de los malignos; de la conspiración de los que obran iniquidad:
Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:
Hide me from the conspiracy of the wicked, from the noisy crowd of the ones doing evil;
Le parole degli iniqui hanno prevaluto sopra di noi: ma tu sarai propizio alle nostre empietà.
Que amolaron su lengua como cuchillo, y armaron por su saeta palabra amarga;
Who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words:
who sharpen their tongue like a sword, and aim their arrows, deadly words,
Beato colui, cui tu eleggesti, e prendesti in tua società: egli avrà stanza nel tuo tabernacolo.
Para asaetear á escondidas al íntegro: de improviso lo asaetean, y no temen.
That they may shoot in secret at the perfect: suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.

They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them?
They encourage themselves in evil plans. They talk about laying snares secretly. They say, “Who will see them?”
Ascolta le nostre preghiere, o Dio, Salvator nostro, speranza di tutte le parti della terra, e delle isole più rimote.
Inquieren iniquidades, hacen una investigación exacta; y el íntimo pensamiento de cada uno de ellos, así como el corazón, es profundo.
They search out iniquities; they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep.
They plot injustice, saying, “We have made a perfect plan!” Surely man’s mind and heart are cunning.
Tu, che dai ai monti fermezza col tuo potere: tu cinto di potenza: tu, che sconvolgi il profondo del mare, e fai romoreggiare i suoi flutti.
Mas Dios los herirá con saeta; de repente serán sus plagas.
But God shall shoot at them with an arrow; suddenly shall they be wounded.
But God will shoot at them. They will be suddenly struck down with an arrow.
Saranno in agitazione le genti, impauriti gli ultimi abitatori della terra, a causa de' tuoi prodigj: tu spanderai l'allegrezza, e dove nasce il mattino, e dove nasce la sera.
Y harán caer sobre sí sus mismas lenguas: se espantarán todos los que los vieren.
So they shall make their own tongue to fall upon themselves: all that see them shall flee away.
Their own tongues shall ruin them. All who see them will shake their heads.
Tu hai visitato la terra, e la hai inzuppata: tu la hai arricchita di molte maniere.
Y temerán todos los hombres, y anunciarán la obra de Dios, y entenderán su hecho.
And all men shall fear, and shall declare the work of God; for they shall wisely consider of his doing.
All mankind shall be afraid. They shall declare the work of God, and shall wisely ponder what he has done.
Il fiume di Dio è ripieno di acque: hai preparato il loro cibo: perocchè così la terra è preparata.
Alegraráse el justo en Jehová, y confiaráse en él; y se gloriarán todos los rectos de corazón.
The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall trust in him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.
