Ellos se motivan a sí mismos con un plan malvado; ellos consultan juntos en privado a fin de poner trampas; ellos dicen: "¿Quién nos verá?"

Obstinados en su inicuo designio, tratan de esconder los lazos, y dicen: ¿Quién los ha de ver?

They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them?
