2Solo en Dios se descansa, oh alma mía, porque la salud viene de Él.
3Él solo es mi roca, mi salvación, mi defensa: nunca seré conmovido.
4¿Hasta cuándo acometeréis a un solo hombre, queriendo todos derribarlo, como muro inclinado, como pared que se desploma?
5De su lugar excelso intentan despeñarle, ellos, que se deleitan con la mentira; bendicen con su boca, y en su corazón maldicen.
6Solo en Dios se descansa, oh alma mía, porque la salud viene de Él.
7Él solo es mi roca, mi salvación, mi defensa; nunca seré conmovido.
8En Dios está mi salud y mi gloria; mi firme roca y mi refugio es Dios.
9Oh pueblo, espera en Él en todo tiempo; en su presencia derramad vuestros corazones, porque Dios es para nosotros el amparo.
10Los hijos de los hombres no son más que un soplo; los poderosos, una mentira; puestos en la balanza suben alto; porque todos juntos pesan menos que el aire.
11No confiéis en la violencia, ni os gloriéis en la rapiña. Si vuestras riquezas aumentan, no pongáis en ellas el corazón.
12Una cosa dijo Dios, y otra segunda le oí:
13que el poder es de Dios, y la gracia, oh Señor, es tuya. Porque Tú recompensas a cada uno según sus obras.

1Al Músico principal: sobre Neginoth: Salmo de David. OYE, oh Dios, mi clamor; á mi oración atiende.
2Desde el cabo de la tierra clamaré á ti, cuando mi corazón desmayare: á la peña más alta que yo me conduzcas.
3Porque tú has sido mi refugio, y torre de fortaleza delante del enemigo.
4Yo habitaré en tu tabernáculo para siempre: estaré seguro bajo la cubierta de tus alas.
5Porque tú, oh Dios, has oído mis votos, has dado heredad á los que temen tu nombre.
6Días sobre días añadirás al rey: sus años serán como generación y generación.
7Estará para siempre delante de Dios: misericordia y verdad prepara que lo conserven.
8Así cantaré tu nombre para siempre, pagando mis votos cada día.

1Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer.
2From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
3For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.
4I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah.
5For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name.
6Thou wilt prolong the king’s life: and his years as many generations.
7He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare mercy and truth, which may preserve him.
8So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows.

3For you have been a refuge for me, a strong tower from the enemy.
4I will dwell in your tent forever. I will take refuge in the shelter of your wings. Selah.
5For you, God, have heard my vows. You have given me the heritage of those who fear your name.
6You will prolong the king’s life. His years will be for generations.
7He shall be enthroned in God’s presence forever. Appoint your loving kindness and truth, that they may preserve him.
8So I will sing praise to your name forever, that I may fulfill my vows daily.
